VietSubs & Boba Tea - Vintage — Restaurant in Tomball

5/23/24 I ordered a banana & strawberry banana smoothie had a sip and instantly told the girl at the front that the artificial Banna flavor was so overpowering I felt as I was eating the powder they use. I asked them if they could remake the smoothie or give me a plain strawberry one the girl instantly told me I would have to pay for another one.I asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me their on vacation she couldn't help. I was then speaking to younger girl up front asking what number I could call the lady working in the kitchen who obviously makes the smoothies grabs the girl and pushes her out. I immediately told her to not put her hands on the girl and decided to leave cause the employee was already getting physical. I have never been treated in such a horrific way. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. Something shady is going on in this establishment. Update: it is now 5/30/24 and the owner has yet to call me back, do yourself a favor and save your peace of mind and go to a place you can enjoy yourself...

Since moving to willowbrook, my dining experience has been hit or miss so I'm hesitant to try anything new. However, this instantly made it to the top of my favorites in the area!

I dined in with my family, which in hindsight was a bad idea considering how small this establishment is, but there is seating for small groups to hang out. The service friendly, fast, and welcoming. Everything was delicious. I got a pork bahn mi and it was fresh and soooooooooo good! Also got a strawberry green tea and it wasn't great, but it was better than a lot of tea I've had at other boba places in the area. My kids loved it, too, which is rare for all of us to agree on something. Because the drinks range from $5-7, it can get pricey quick for a family of 4, however I'd say it's very much worth the price.

I can't wait to come back here, next time I'll probably get it...

This place was a very big surprise. I was in a hurry to get some groceries, but skipped breakfast, and dove into this place to be rid of that. I'm used to "hole in the wall" Vietnamese restaurants. I mean, actual hole in the wall, dirty, Vietnamese restaurants. But they serve a good banh mi for a great price, and they're friendly, so who am I to complain? Well not this place. They serve a fantastic, fresh banh mi with a friendly disposition and keep a very clean restaurant. I ordered a pork banh mi for a reasonable price, and received a sandwich with a hot, fresh, moist baguette, fresh vegetables (jalepeno, big chunky cut of cucumber, and fresh cilantro) and a very generous helping of charbroiled pork. It was fantastic. They were very friendly as well. Great experience....
