I love Cava as I have limited eatery choices outside the home, and even more so when it comes to a quick meal/pick up options, due to several food allergies. I am able to craft a healthy, delicious and allergen friendly meal in minutes with the diverse menu selection!
The Vintage location (which is not my most visited location) unfortunately falls short somewhere between 2/3 to 3/4 visits in one or both of the areas of pick up orders being ready on time, or the restrooms being out of TP and/or being messy. I would really probably give a 3.5⭐️ if I could, due to the frequency of these issues occurring. As an example, last night I placed an order for pick up at 7:16 pm, which should have been ready by 7:30 pm. My order was finally ready at 7:38 pm. I placed this order so I could have a nutritious meal after a busy 11 hour work day, and still had 25 minutes to drive home after picking up my order. I could have made it through the line quicker than waiting for my pickup order, and several other people were waiting for pickup as well. The eatery wasn't overly busy with dine in patrons, either - yet there seemed to be...
Read moreVery disappointed. We’ve been waiting for a long time for this location to open up and finally it has. We came once on opening week and again today. They are extremely stingy with their portions. I figured maybe the first time it was because they had just opened but then again. And even my friends had the same thing to say about it. We’ve been to like 5 other locations and they were always generous with the portions for everything. They told us it would be 5 cents extra for more rice since they barely put anything in it we asked for more. And then the dips they literally scrape it over and over against the sides of the bowl to make sure they give u as little as possible in a scoop. And even the free toppings they put like 3 pieces of each of tomato and pickles and olives. The chicken scoops were ridiculously small and barely had any chicken in my bowl. I really hope they fix this because Cava was our go to whenever we were in the memorial or heights area. Also we’ve spent about $50 now and none of it registered in our account...
Read moreIt was late Saturday evening when I went to grab some dinner at the Cava off of Louetta Road. I had just gotten off of a shift at work, and even though I was there somewhat close to the stores closing time, Marina met me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. During this time, the store was relatively busy as there was a queue of people beginning to develop behind me, and many people were walking through the doors to pick up their online mobile orders. Despite the buzz of hungry people waiting to receive their orders, Marina handled the crowd in stride, never losing her smile she wore on her face. Marina was extremely attentive with my order, getting everything right while also managing friendly conversation. Truly a multitasking legend if you ask me. All of that to say, my bowl was amazing, and I will continue to go back to the Cava located on Louetta. Not just for the fresh and high quality food, but also for their...
