First I do not leave reviews often and when I do its for positive experiences but unfortunately thats not going to be today. Let me preface this: before I made the move to health care, I work restaurants for almost 10 yrs fine and casual dining and have worked every position so I know what all goes on and what is an over the top request.The first time I went to this location was a few months back my fries were Raw and could not be eaten. So a month or so later when I tried again I ask for my fries to be well done they told me they can't do that but it would be cooked this time but the fries were less cooked than before.I mean limp and wiggly with parts that where actually raw potatoes. So its been a few months I try again I ask for well done so at least they would be cooked all the way, and again was told that they don't do that. I explained that I do not like raw potatoes the girl in the drive said she would make a note but they would be mad I told her if they have a problem with what I ordered her manager could talk to me and not take it out on her. When I get to the window they would not give me my food but instead walk with it all the way to the end of the curb, and tried to drop and run. I wouldn't take my drink until I checked the fries they were RAW again. The manager came over and said they would not cook the fries they don't do well done I told her they were raw and this was not the first time she refused to give me cooked fries but cave me a refund without complaint. After I left I discovered my drink was all carbonation. At this point I will not be returning there again and I will be cooking my chicken again when I get home just to make sure that chick-fil- doesn't serve Raw...
Read moreI love their chicken, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuits. Normally, despite the everyday drive thru lines, I am able to quickly get my breakfast biscuit and get back on my way to my destination. However, when I stopped at this location I was delayed by 20 mins. I was not told when I ordered and paid that they were out of biscuits. It was not until I got to the window to receive my order that I was advised that it would be a few minutes until they would be done because they had run out of them. I was not given the chance to change my order, just asked to pull ahead to wait with about 10 other vehicles before me and another ten to soon after be parked and waiting as well. It would not have been a problem had I been told that it would be a 20 min or so wait and/or given the chance to change my order. Nor would I have been quite as irritated that they made me late to my 9am appt, if they had at the very least apologized for the wait and offered to make it right in some way. But, no, this location did not do let me know ahead of time, give me a chance to change my order, nor offer even a verbal apology that morning. Simply handed a bag as the employee was casually walking as though not in a hurry with not a word to offer, not even the standard,"Have a blessed day!" Read moreRoaches in the food I brought my kids to eat at this chick-fil-a a couple weeks ago for dinner. I got their southwest chicken salad. Upon finishing the salad I found a ROACH leg stuck to the inside of the salad container. Being 3 months pregnant it took everything in me not to vomit. I calmly went back to the register with the container to show them. The cashier consulted the manager and they concluded that it was a roach leg. I wanted my money back but instead they said I could come in for a free salad next time. They said I just needed to come in and tell the staff when I came in. I thought that sounded fishy so I asked for something written down. They scribbled in pencil on the back of my receipt "free salad". Well fast forward a few weeks I decided to go back and see if they'd honor it and give me nuggets instead (since the thought of another one of their salads disgusted me). Well the cashier got the manager who told me they don't do things unofficially like that and that I should have been credited on the spot. She was not going to do anything for me. I left while letting everyone there know that there are roaches in the food. A bit dramatic I admit but you don't mess with a pregnant woman and her food! I will not be going back.
