We order from Marco’s frequently and usually have a good experience, but tonight was awful. We placed an order online. Our total was $78, so I left a $13 tip for the delivery driver. When he came to the door, he handed me the 3 pizzas we ordered and then a bag with a salad we ordered. I looked down at the salad and saw there wasn’t any chicken on it, which we paid extra for. I asked the driver, “Oh is the chicken for the salad in another box or something?” He seemed annoyed and said, “I don’t know” as he walked back to his car (knowing I just gave him a $13 tip). When I got inside, I realized that there was no chicken, and 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered were made incorrectly. I called the store and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again, never made it off the recording. I called the 2 nearest Marco’s and asked if they were owned by the same people so that I could maybe speak to a manager. But while I was there the first two occasions she was yelling and screaming at the employees. I passed it off as if it was maybe just a busy day and she was frustrated. But the last and final time I came in she was screaming and degrading the other employees to the point I even felt uncomfortable I will never be buying from the store again. do better Marcos and make sure you employ people Who abide by the Golden rule and treat others the way that they would want to be treated. Read moreI have always had great experiences here but this last time just was not great. I waited over 40 min to pick one pizza because their online tracker didn’t update. They told me to not rely on the tracker even though the website and email instructs your to use the tracker to find out when your order is ready. The employee who handed me my pizza was trying to play like they didn’t want to hand it to me which really just wasn’t ok considering I waited for them to say the order was ready and never did. The tracker in the past has updated when I use delivery, so I’m just confused and disappointed.
I think if you go into the restaurant and order then stay there till it’s ready, you’ll be ok. But I will not be ordering with them any time soon. At least until they are able to update there...
