One of the most impressively disappointing Dunkin Donuts establishments I've ever been to. Paired with how awful the app functions with pickups, this is really quite a garbage coffee establishment.
I have never had a place mess up so many orders, and that's no exaggeration.
There used to be a 'Cafe Au Lait' on the menu. When I asked for one, the girl stood and stared blankly and asked "What's that?". She turned to her co-worker who shrugged. Order cold foam and pay for it, half the time, you're not getting cold foam. It's on the sticker, on the cup, so why can't they read this and add it to the order?! Since shaken espressos became a thing on the menu, it's impressive how the espresso machine must be made by the same company doing McDonald's ice cream machines, because it seems like it's usually always broken. This makes it more fun when you order through the app, because they apparently can do absolutely nothing about app orders, so you just eat the loss and maybe try again. I've asked in person for a shaken espresso with 1 pump of Butter Pecan flavor, and oat milk. Woman asked "Like the brown sugar shaken espresso?" To which I stated clearly, shaken espresso yes, no brown sugar, ONLY butter pecan, 1 pump, and oat milk. I got a Brown Sugar shake espresso also with 3 pumps of butter pecan and whole milk The last time I ordered a shaken espresso in the app, we walked in to pick up our order and she handed us 1 coffee and asked if anything else. How about my shaken espresso? "Oh the machine is broken" (Shocker) but also they were just going to not give me a drink I guess? And when I asked for Cold Brew instead, she tried, it was empty or also broken, and she gave me regular iced coffee without saying a word.
The service is abysmal, I cannot recall a time I've left this place satisfied with my order. The place never seems like there's more than a single order going on at once, or maybe a couple cars in the drive through, yet everyone seems so frazzled and their work area is a disaster.
How can an establishment who survives on taking orders, reading the words, then adding the recipe to a cup, be SO TERRIBLE at their job? How can you have an online ordering system that can't be managed at all by the local staff?

   Read moreCame to this location this morning June 6, 2025 at 7:15am and I asked for a vanilla chai latte with a little bit of cinnamon, almond milk and 4 Boston cream donuts and 1- No almond milk was put in it, no cinnamon, my friend didn’t get the sugar he wanted on his donkashino like he wanted and the Boston cream donuts were thrown in the bag, stale and no napkins after spending almost $15 dollars and since I didn’t want the donuts I came back to the store and left them in the counter waiting for anyone else to asked me why, but no one else did it, they only looked at me like I had 4 heads and I left.    Read moreI’m really disappointed. I frequent this DD often. I tip $1 with almost every visit. This morning I went in to order my kids a box of 25 glazed only munchkins. As I do every Saturday. I saw two trays of glazed munchkins. One was a tray full of smashed up munchkins. The other tray said “old fashioned glazed” and looked normal (unmashed). So I ordered a box of 25 old fashioned. When I got home I had a box of smashed up munchkins. Not one unsmashed munchkins in the box. Sad to say this was probably my last visit to this DD.
