Panda Express — Restaurant in Torrance

An employee started taking my order when all of sudden, the manager of the restaurant was being rude towards the employee that was taking my order. The manager decided to serve me instead of the employee. I told the manager what to serve me and she didn't understand me and when I told her why she wasn't understanding me, she got mad for no reason. When I was about to pay for my food, I discovered that the manager only served me 3 fried shrimp which were old and cold. When I come here, usually I am served much more shrimp that is fresh. I told them to make me fresh shrimp but it took them almost 15 minutes to make the fresh shrimp. I also discovered that part of my order wasn't correct and I had to wait even more to get part of the order replaced. By the time we ate, most of the food was cold and it was all because I had to wait for over 30 minutes because the manager randomly started serving me without paying attention to what my order was. I came early at around 10:27 and i ordered a bowl with fried rice and hot orange chicken, the hot orange chicken was freshly cooked and the fried rice was already ready to serve. When i got my bowl i tasted the fried rice and it was burneddddd. Like you could taste it. On the other hand the hot orange chicken was superb!! It was soo good. But man i was so sad about the fried rice. After i finished the hot orange chicken i approached the lady who was standing infront of the fried rice and i told her its burneddddd and that she should taste it herself.. she just looked at me like.. so what?😅 She didnt throw it away, she served it to other costumers!🙈 Anyway, i found it a bit sad that she didnt even say sorry or anything. I don't know what the hell happened with this panda express but next time I come here I'm probably only going to order a cub meal, because when I came here today I ordered a panda bowl and at the cash register, the female employee working at this panda express at the cash register wanted $10.34 for a panda express which is unacceptable and not ok at all, aftee she wanted $10.34 for a panda bowl i literally said never mind and left, I knew this was gonna happen, I can see why this restaurant unfortunately has bad reviews, all restaurants especially panda express need to lower down...
