Not sure who was working here on the night of may 31st 2023 but everyone did horribly. I went to the drive thru, the person taking my order was rude and monotone and I asked for my coffee a specific way and when I got my coffee it was quite flavorless and tasted nothing like how I’ve gotten it every other time at every other location. I then make a complaint and say that my coffee doesn’t taste how it’s supposed to and the girl says that they put what I asked for in the coffeee but I know that’s not true based off the taste. She “fixes it” it tastes pretty much the same, I come back in, I ask for more sugar , she exaggerates and puts several pumps Of liquid cane sugar that when I took a sip of this , I could feel the sugar in my throat I’m not even exaggerating. Then I come back and I tell her that I do not want to ask for another coffee so to just give me a coconut refresher. She gives the refresher , it is practically pure artificial flavor and not enough coconut milk. Like seriously ? How hard is it to make a coconut refresher I see it on tv all the time and it’s supposed to be light color but she made it darker than it’s supposed to be. Then there is 2 women waiting to be served ice cream and they look very displeased and there’s a girl behind the register using her phone and before I asked for the replacement of the coffee for the coconut refresher , the other girl was looking down at her phone texting as I’m Speaking to her and requesting my drink. Horrible service , unfriendly, near by but I would never come here again. I’d rather drive all the way to downtown Paterson where crackheads will ask me for money instead of coming back here because they make it better in Paterson. If I could rate it 0 I would, I don’t usually make bad reviews like this but damn this garbage they call “dunkin” was...
Read moreI go to this Dunkin quite often, at least three times a week, and every time I go I'm takeing a chance. You can never get a coffee made the same twice and their iced tea is a little questionable ever since I found slimy black stuff in my cup that was def not tea leaves. Also, if you are crunched for time do not go here. Even if you are in the drive through expect to be there for a minimum of ten minutes. Why I have no idea. This morning for example, there was two costumers inside and at least two staff on shift, I went through the drive through like usual because I was crunched for time. Not only do you have to wait for ever to get someone's attention but it takes for ever to order because no one is ever paying attention. Then when I got to the window I waited for nearly TEN minutes before I even saw anyone inside. When the guy cam to the window he double checked what I ordered, which is fine it's always good to double check. But the problem with this is he hadn't even started making my drinks, so I just left cause I was out of time. This seems to be a reoccurring thing with this Dunkin their coffee/ tea is a hit or miss and unless you get the one female worker there who knows how to do her job you will be screwed. Honestly, if there is any good reviews on here it's because those people do not come here often. I have had so many bad experiences here and it really sucks because I rely on my coffee and this Dunkin is truly the most convenient but such a waste of...

On August 1st, 2025, around 6:30 a.m., I visited the Minnisink Rd Dunkin’ in Totowa with my friend. We were told we couldn’t be served because of a “system outage.” Yet, within minutes, we watched other white customers walk in and get served without issue.
When we went back to ask why, the staff suddenly said they were “accepting cash”—something never offered to us. My friend is white female and I’m Indian. The fact that we were the only ones turned away made us feel discriminated against, embarrassed, and unwelcome in front of everyone else.
To make matters worse, when I tried to report the incident, the store gave me an unprofessional Yahoo address instead of proper corporate contact. I later spoke with a Dunkin’ corporate rep named Ryan, who promised the owner would call me back. No one ever did.
This wasn’t just a bad customer service experience—it felt like discrimination, plain and simple. It is deeply disappointing to see this behavior at a brand as large as Dunkin’. The Totowa location needs accountability, proper training, and a serious change in how they treat people and the lack of follow-up only made it worse. Dunkin’ needs to do...
