Iāve been to this location at least three times over the course of several years. Of the three times I can remember, I have never received what I ordered. The first time the drinks were wrong, and the second time the breakfast sandwich was wrong. I asked for a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, I asked the guy at the window to make sure there was no cheese, and when I got to where I was going, and I opened it⦠It had cheese on it. Itās been at least a year since that experience. Today I went there to order a bagel and a coffee. I repeated my order twice because it seemed like the guy taking my order didnāt hear me. He then repeated my order back to me, which was a double toasted bagel with butter. The screen at the menu had the correct order listed on it, so I was hopeful. When I arrived at my destination and opened the bag, I found a non-toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. just for context, it was 1 PM in the afternoon. There were no cars in front of me at the drive-through, maybe one car in the parking lot and I noticed a car behind me after I pulled up to the window, so it was not busy. Itās unlikely that I return to this location, but I strongly urge anyone ordering food here to check it at the window before you drive away. Or just go to the Tim Hortons...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this location a few times a week as it's convenient and close to my job. I try being understanding, I really do, BUT I can't help but be a little grumpy over the service. I take a huge risk ordering food because nine times out of ten it's still cold or sloppy. I have overheard some of the girls working the drive thru talk about wanting to beat up customers, stuck waiting over half hour (my entire break) with no urgency anywhere on their part. Today was what really upset me. I will sometimes order my coffee extra sweet because it's a nice treat for me. I pull up to the window and right away the man working the drive thru says, kind of rudely, "you like your coffee that sweet?" Embarrassed, I said yeah sometimes. He then follows up with a complaint about how far up the cup he filled with flavor syrup and sweetener. It made me feel awful AND guilty for ordering a drink how I like it. Feeling very indifferent about this place and may just opt for the Tim Horton's across the street if the customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLost all respect at this location and I hope everyone reads this as well!! I asked for a drink with regular milk. They punched in something different which cost more than what I wanted. I then asked at the window for it to be corrected. The girl on the window then continued to charge me for the order I didnāt want (noticed when we got the receipt) and when we asked for a refund because the charge would reflect more on my account given Iām from a different country, she then walked over to a lady working on the food who must have thought we canāt speak their primary language.
Yet we do know that language and heard them lout and clear. āWHITE PEOPLEā Iām confused why something like that would annoy you so much to just call us āwhite peopleā and roll your eyes at us.
Very disappointed in this location and I hope everyone is aware...
