Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I must say the crew you had working on Wednesday night at closing time was absolutely amazing. We walked in at 8:45. It was busy and people just kept walking in. They ran out of bacon and offered to make more of people would wait. Some customers were cracking jokes that most employees would not handle well at closing time and past closing time. The workers were gracious and when I apologized for us being there after close the said not to worry about it at all. They smiled and laughed..... A true rare experience in today's world of employees with one ear bud in and an attitude like I am bothering them by making them work.

On top of all of that great subs with lots of product. Totally worth the price and the customer experience is like a flashback to 1981.

Food is amazing first time coming here and I bought the chipotle chicken sub a worker that I asked who's name was rashad preferred the sub and it was a 10/10 he made it perfect with the right amount of chicken and sauce very nicely cut plus the lady that ringed me up at the register her name lida was super nice both workers provided great service and were welcoming and the place was clean I'ma make sure to come back cause that Rashad guy knows how to make a hot sub best...

I’ve been to my fair share of different Jersey mikes in the area and honestly this one is the best. There were three guys working, two were training the one. They were the sweetest workers I’ve ever encountered at a Jersey Mikes. Most others I have been to have been really rude and given eye rolls and sighs. Honestly they deserve a shout out.
