Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I ordered a drink to-go and had pretty negative experience with the barista Willow. At first, another young lady was taking my order, I'm not sure of her name but for some reason she was sent away and replaced by Willow. Willow was extremely condescending. I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking and she kept asking over and over if I was "sure this is what I wanted". Usually, I have no problem with someone double checking to confirm a complex order is right, or something along those lines. But the tone of this particular barista was arrogant and demeaning and talking to her was not at all a pleasant experience. And the drink was not even a complicated order, it was an upside down caramel macchiato....It shocked me, because I usually have such positive experiences when anyone else at this store has taken my order. I guess, it was just because I never ran in to her. By the end of it, my drink wasn't even correct. My sticker said iced latte with caramel syrup. I noticed a positive review naming Willow, so maybe she was just having a hard day? But I can't imagine that attitude was once in a blue moon 🤷‍♀️ I think the manager should consider a reflection over that blemish in their otherwise...

I got a large Carmel macchiato and they gave me medium and I told them I got a large and the girl took my drink and just poured it into a large cup. We also waited a while for our drinks the first time and I think they were sitting there for a while because by the time we got them they were all watered down and the ice was almost all the way melted. So when she poured my drink into a different cup it was just all water at that point. My friend got an Americano with a splash of milk and hers was just all milk/water. My friends and I had the absolute best experience with our barista Scarlett last night! She was so fun and upbeat while taking our order, super informative about the menu and just an all-around pleasant person to interact with. We stopped through on our way to try and catch the northern lights, and honestly Scarlett was such a joy we joked that we wished she could’ve come along on the adventure with us. We all agreed that was one of the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time!! (And we DID get to see some northern lights in case she...
