Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Brighton

Upon being in the area shopping, I was here ordering for the 1st time in a while. A very nice, friendly, and sweet young lady named "Alexandra," assisted me in the Drive Thru. Salute! She immediately exhibited IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the start. As a 40 year retiree having worked in Customer Services Training & Development, I'm confident that she's WORTHY of BEING HIRED by ANY business, ensuring success. Having fully demonstrated what I refer to as the 3 p's: PATIENCE, for one, because it took me a few minutes to DECIDE. I KEPT changing my order and apologized. Secondly, she demonstrated PROFESSIONALISM by taking time to review various specials with me. Lastly, she was extremely PLEASANT the ENTIRE time. Absolutely NO SIGHING, pressure or rushing with a dry: "Is that all?!" Like most Fast Food restaurants I encounter when placing an order. No doubt, she's truly an ASSET who created the "boomerang effect" as my "go-to" Fast Food Restaurant. Bravo, Alexandra, giving an A+ as I can really see YOU advancing to bigger & betta heights. PAY WITH CASH ONLY AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE!! We went there and they made our RB with jalapeños and cheddar sandwich wrong (no cheddar). I called and they said next visit, sandwich is free. We went back and ordered two gyros with jalapeños and fries. She asked if we were the ones with the free sandwich because we’re the only ppl that ask for jalapeños. They gave me a total of $10 and change with a receipt. Next day my account was changed $16 and change. I was charged for the “free” sandwich. By the way, no other location charges for jalapeños, these crooks do. They, and corporate, lied and never gave me my money back. They told me to come back, I did but they left me hanging because the manager wasn’t there. I waited for 20 mins, like they said. Called back, no one answered the phone. Corporate said they will contact me, never did. I called both multiple times and got nothing. Small price to pay to learn how they will rob you. Do not pay with debit or credit card, like I did. Be safe don’t go or pay with cash only!!! I don’t go...

I typically don’t get fast food these days but I live with someone who does and on occasion he will treat me to dinner. Arby’s happens to be one of his favorite places and I’ve been to this particular location more than once. As far as “fast food” goes, I definitely feel that Arby’s is a step above McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc. in terms of food quality and freshness. Everything that I’ve tried from Arby’s tasted less “processed” compared to other fast food places. Although that does come at a cost. Every time I have been to Arby’s, I tend to have to wait a long time to get my order if there are multiple cars in the drive-thru, up to 20 minutes. Wait times since the pandemic have been longer, but at Arby’s you’ll listen to half an album before you get your food. If you ask me though, it might be because of how everything is supposedly made fresh to order? Not sure. Bottom line, I recommend this place, but just know it might take a while to...
