Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I like the subs at Jersey Mike's and until today I have not been disappointed. I ordered a #66 regular on Rosemary Parm and a #5 mini also on Rosemary Parm. I got my #66 and waited for another 10 minutes for the #5, I had to remind someone that I was still waiting for mini #5. The staff member told me that it had not been written down at her station. When I got home the #66 did not have any portabella mushrooms and the #5 mini was on regular bread.

They really need to figure out how to process orders and work out the kinks in their ordering system. All of the staff seem to be capable at working at all the stations but it might be better if staff focused on one job at a time and didn't for example, in 10 minutes go from the grill, to the cold cut station, to the cash register, to filling the phone and internet orders, to taking walk in orders. It is a very chaotic and inefficient system.

I told the employee my order and I was waiting in my turn. The same person took the order of the gentleman standing behind me and prepared his order. I was left to stand for about 15-20 minutes and my order was not made. The employees did not make any statements or apologies. I left there without a conversation because there is no customer satisfaction, I don't know if the employees are indifferent...
