McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Let’s be real about this location!! Not only do they slave their workers & over work them but the management is poor as well!! When it’s hot this place has no air conditioning, staff be sick coughing all In here & to top it all off they are about to do a massive lay off for renovations and they are only transferring their favorites to other locations while the real good workers are been thrown to the wolves!! Food is horrible always cold !! And there isn’t one time I don’t see the management belittling their staff!! I will be reporting this McDonald’s to their direct cooperate not they pet they send over who doesn’t do her job, I was there picking up an order for a client and I heard how they was just unprofessional when talking to their employees. They’re unstaffed and all need re training !! They should just closed this location down for good rocky point don’t need this trashy location anyways !! They got rid of the loud mouth manager who disrespected all her staff to replace them with more incompetent managers!! I will be reporting this company to DOL & the health department because I’m very sure they’re aren’t up to code to nothing!! I saw them pull a maintenance worker from trash outside to come upfront to deal with food like how is that sanitary!! Fire them all and just put a Wendy’s there cause we the people of rocky point are done with this location !!!! They’re understaffed, unprofessional & apparently not smart enough to run a simple fast food...

Not happy with Rocky point mc Donald's. The staff is young and ghetto. They don't answer any questions or take their job seriously. We asked if they had a dollar menu and they answered "I don't know". then we asked for hand wipes for the play area because the dispenser was empty and no one knew where to find them, and just kept asking one another where they are leaving me standing there waiting for no reason. So I washed my daughters hands and asked again if they found any, and they still said "I don't know" . So I asked if a manager would be in the next day and guess what the answer was. I DONT KNOW. they must all be really high it's unbelievable. I seen the cashier drop a man's change and laugh and say "my bad". Just very unprofessional and it's embarrassing. But what can I expect from a bunch of kids with no one managing them. Also two years ago the girl at the drive through kept my debit card and used it multiple times throughout the day before I realized she didn't give...

True to form - Delicious 😋 Best Mickey D's ❤ Sandwiches I've had in 10 + years I am 45 years young MCDONALD'S is a Wonderful Establishment for many years as well as for many more generations.

The Real Issue 💯 is Food Needs to be HOTTER 🔥 Luke Warm does not bring out the best ..........

Also Corporate Needs to give Bonuses to EMPLOYEES in MCD STOCK......... without any out of pocket $$ from the EMPLOYEES.

Teaching them investment as well as LOYALTY to the company 👌 Maybe more EMPLOYEES would stick around longer and make it a Career 👏 . Also CAITLYN - THE MANAGER SHE HAS THE RESPECT OF THE EMPLOYEES AND DOES A GREAT JOB WITH HER LEADERSHIP.
