I unfortunately broke my S7 screen and decided to take it here because the ratings and reviews were good and the location is close by. They have very nice staff as well as great customer service. I brought my phone to them after they received the screen and it took an hour for them to return my fixed phone to me which is great compared to Samsung's 14 day wait. Unfortunately I chose going to the timely option instead of the quality option... When I came back to pick up my phone one of their staff pulled me aside and continued to say (in his exact words) "Any time you take the back of an S7 off it breaks so since we "forgot" to mention that to you we gave you a different back, which is a $50-60 fee, for free." Like he was doing me a favor but in all actuality he was lying and feeding me a story. Youtube showed me a guy flawlessly removing the back of an S7 in less than 5 minutes with heat, a guitar pic and a suction cup. After closer inspection after I got to my car I noticed my home screen button is loose and crooked which isn't a big deal if it doesn't fall off later - but still worth the mention. Needless to say this would have been a 5 star rating even with the slight button defect and the broken back if I hadn't gotten lied to. If there ever is a next time that I need phone repairs I'll be going elsewhere because I'm a firm believer in being true to someone even if it's a bad truth.
Edit: I appreciate the offer to change the back of my phone but the color is not the issue. The issue is that as a cell phone repair shop you should have the proper tools to repair a cell phone without damaging the rest of the product. Don't take on a project you can't do correctly and then tell the customer it happens every time. It only happens if you do it incorrectly which is what happened. Also, original backs for s7s are on eBay for...
Read moreI came into the shop for a battery replacement on my iPhone 13 Pro Max because my phone was shutting off unexpectedly once it reached 60%. The battery replacement took about half an hour, and the workers assured me the battery was brand new and of good quality, with a 12-day window for any issues.
Later that night, I charged my phone overnight as I normally do. After the first charge, a green line appeared on my screen, and with each charge, the line grew wider and faded to a white color. Less than 24 hours after the battery replacement, I went back to the store to show them the issue with my screen. Their response was that they weren’t liable, as there were no visible defects when they returned the phone to me. Their only solution was to offer a $100 screen repair, which I declined. I later called again, hoping to speak with someone more helpful, but I reached the same worker from before.
After leaving a review, the owner reached out and invited me back to the store. When I returned, I was greeted by the owner and other friendly staff. The owner addressed my issue efficiently and respectfully. His customer service was exceptional—he was understanding, kind, and went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. Although I was prepared to pay for the repair, I was unhappy with how my issue had initially been handled. The owner replaced my screen with high-quality parts and added a free screen protector (I did not ask for but greatly appreciated).
The owner truly turned a frustrating situation into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this store because of the owner’s dedication to ensuring customer...

About a month ago my phone turned off, and no matter what I did it wouldn't turn back on. I have about 4,000 pictures on it that aren't backed up. So just getting a new one wasn't a realistic option. I needed those pictures. Most of them are pictures of my youngest from birth to now.
I first called T Mobile they was like "Just buy a new phone bro." Then I took it to a local cell phone repair place. After keeping it for a week they was like "Yeah this phone is broke. Just buy a new phone bro." They referred me to an out of state advance repair place. They said the repair can cost from $700 up to $7,000. That had me like "I might have to just buy a new phone bro." Lol
I looked up one more place called We fix n customize . Its in the Walden Galleria. I gave them a call and they said the other place might have tried some stuff but they didn't try everything. I took my phone to them, and a week later it's back working. And it didn't cost me $7,000 Lol. The guys there genuinely went out their way to get my phone working. From the owner down to their newest employee was dope. If you have any electrics you need fixed or have questions about...
