First of all, I’d like to say that this doesn’t go for the entire staffing at this location. This goes out to the few that were working tonight (7/10). I had no clue what time this location closed, but I did come in before 7pm, maybe about 6:56 or so. I had just went for a lengthier run and was in great need of an iced water. AN ICED WATER. Nothing that needed to be prepped. One of you mumbled sarcastically something along the lines of, “This is why I love customers.” I honestly thought it was referring to someone else, I didn’t know if someone was going through your drive-thru or something. But all of you ignored me as you clearly saw me standing around. I took a seat because my feet were tired after I was standing for a couple minutes, but then I stood again shortly after. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt, though I know you guys saw me. And then one of you guys passed me and said that you closed at seven. I was disappointed, yet understanding. But then I looked down at my phone and saw seven on the dot! I had been standing around waiting and then sitting for at least a few minutes total. I told you that I was there before seven and you proceeded to ignore me and kept walking. Moral of the story, I’m sorry to be that late person when you were closing. But if you hadn’t ignored me and asked what I had wanted when I initially entered, maybe I could’ve gotten a simple water. To the rest of the staff, keep up the great work. Read moreMy family and I were on the way to lights on the lake and we stopped for some coffee to enjoy while we saw the lights. When we pulled up the drive thru at 7:30PM on 11/17 we were told “we close in 20 minutes what can we get you?” We started our order with a decaf coffee. She said she would have to make another pot of coffee because they close in 20 minutes. We continued with our order asking for a Boston crème donut and some munchkins. She again told us that the donuts are limited because they close in two minutes. We again continued with our order with her saying over and over they close in 20 minutes. We decided that we were just an inconvenience to this employee and we went to the Dunkin on South Bay and were treated 110% better instead. I will never be back to this...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. I don’t think I ever have gotten my coffee 100% correct when ordering here. There is always something missing or never the amount of things I asked for. Aside from always messing up my order, the older manager woman is consistently unpleasant. She lacks all personality at the window by not greeting you at all when you get to the window by simply handing you your coffee and taking payment. Not a single word out of her until you’re about to leave and you might get a “thank you” or “have a good day”. Listen I understand people can have bad days but the amount of times this has been the case no longer falls under “having a bad day” if you can’t offer the customer service that’s needed at the drive thru window, don’t...
