07/28/2025 So let me start out by saying that the actual glass breaking in my mouth was nobody’s fault at the restaurant. But what was their fault is how I was treated by the manager, Jessica and then by their corporate office, HR manager, Jessica and there secretary or whatever she was at the front desk. I frequent this restaurant all the time and there’s been other problems over the years, but I blew them off, no big deal, but when this glass broke off in my mouth, the only thing they were trying to do is protect their own butt at both the restaurant and their corporate office. I had to drag an apology out of them And nobody really asked if I was OK. It took 25 minutes to answer four questions from the manager on an incident report which two lines said the same exact thing glass broke in mouth. When I asked what was taking so long because she had to call the general manager, who said send him to the hospital if he feels like he swallowed glass. She responded by saying I was taking care of things in the kitchen. I know there was at least two other people on staff that day that that have done managerial things. She could’ve easily gotten one of them to cover for her while she took care of what I think is a priority over peoples food when I did speak with Jessica the manager she was looking right by me. She wasn’t even looking me in the face so again I felt like I wasn’t a priority at that moment When I went to the corporate office, I had to drag an apology out of the HR manager, who only asked me one thing what do you want me to do.? The first person I talk to at the corporate office was a secretary, who was completely uninterested and asked the same question. What do you want us to do Not once did either of them say we are so sorry this happened are you OK.! I will never go to this restaurant again, and I will tell everybody that I know do not go in there because if anything happens to you, they’re only gonna cover their own butt they’re not gonna care about you.! When I expressed to the corporate office, why at least somebody hasn’t called me to check on me or to again tell me how sorry they were that this happened to me. She said it’s their policy not to talk to customers after an incident. Their insurance company was gonna call me!! I’m sorry what somebody who is in that restaurant all the time and who knows the general manager by name and half the employees by name that’s the way you’re gonna treat me. The look on this ladies face at corporate was stunning stone cold, no empathy and again I reiterate, I will never go into one of these establishments again that includes copper top, which is way overpriced. Read moreThe worst experience yet , I tried to place a to go order by phone , got they greeting message and it said I was number 1 in queue and someone would answering my call to take my order. After 10 minutes of waiting on the phone being number 1 in queue to order, I decided to drive there so I could place a order. I ask for a manager and show him my phone still playing there message on speaker phone and show him the call timer still going at almost 17 minutes, he says well I can take your order now , defeats the purpose of calling in and having food ready so you don’t have to wait . I place my order with him unhappily and tell him I want Asian tender dinner EXTRA crispy with potatoes and side of rice , and 2 bags of popcorn. After waiting in lobby for my order it ready the girl hands me my order and says your all set, almost walk out the door and realize I’m missing the 2 bags of popcorn I asked for , so I tell the woman she radios back for some it’s a little time to get it and I’m wondering why , so I check my order open the container the tender we not extra crispy like I ordered , there were a few French fries mixed in with my tenders, the ranch dressing in the little container they give you and my potatoes in there container were tossed in the container with the Asian tenders and were all covered in sauce , what a mess. Can’t put those in separate bag? Just lousy service and prep , manager didn’t even offer a discount or anything when I ordered , was unhappy after checking meal, asked for money back will never go there again …. I love the energy of the place and the customer service from the moment we walked and throughout our meal was amazing ! Thank you f pi r that Tullys! The bar menu was cute and there were lots of choices from craft beer to crafted cocktails. My only complaint was the food. I seriously dont understand why ppl love the food lol. I started with the crab dip. The flavor was ok it could have been more uniform . There were huge chunks of imitation crab meat in a mustardy dip. Its definitely missing something like scallions maybe shrimp bc the imitation crab wasnt delicious enough to make the dip fantastic. Then if course I had to order the tenders and fries for the boys bc everyone raves about them and I ordered a salad. My son hated the tenders😂 although he ate all the fries and I tried the fries and they were tasty. The tenders were very bland but I guess that's the plan so they have an option to be shaken in a sauce. To me there was too much batter/coating. A big crunchy and tasteless tender. I ordered the Asian dipping sauce and the honey mustard as suggested and the sauce definitely saved the tender but it still wasnt great for me or my son.
