Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I work in the complex near by and I go to this Dunkin almost every morning before work because it is convenient time wise. The lady is not very pleasant in the drive- thru. she is quick which I like but she is not nice. When I arrived to the drive- thru microphone, I said , "Hi can I have 2 croissants please?". All she said was "excuse me".. Me and my co workers go to this Dunkin later in the day and I did not receive this kind of attitude. I even get great service at the Dunkin 2 blocks down some mornings. When I pulled up to the window, she did not listen to me incase I wanted to ask for a quick addition. I understand their are people at the ordering box, but if you are taking payment, pause what you are doing and then go back to your customer. It is the same drive thru lady every time. I gave her my card and said can you please add 2 Pepsi's. she didn't even look at me or hear me for that matter. You need to pay attention to what/who is around you and who you are speaking to.
