Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Dunkirk

I’ve never ever wrote a review because I’ve always given places and workers the benefit of the doubt, but this place needs and deserves this review unfortunately. Going through the drive-thru, my wife and I went to order. There was no line and the place was empty, should have been an indicator, when going to order the cashier yelled “what do you want!” Everyone has a bad day, understandable, but then when we ordered a Frozen Mocha coffee, she said “You want a what?, I’m having trouble hearing!, and what else?!” in a rude and unwelcoming manner. Made us ordering feel like a huge inconvenience to her. She was not welcoming at any point or even cordial. Just took our card and then gave us our order. My wife got snacking bacon that was clearly cold, but the drink was correct and was good. It was just an awful experience and an odd one. That being said the Tim Hortons directly beside it was accommodating, welcoming, and even gave us a donut for our dog. I’ve never had Tim Hortons before either and I was impressed. Very disappointing from Dunkin as it’s always been our go to. Won’t be returning to this location and recommend others not frequenting...

I am sad to say that this location will be closed soon. They have totally gone all the way down hill to the bottom. The parking lot is always empty which proves that poor service equals no business. To start .,.,the staff is the worst staff you will encounter in your lifetime any place or anywhere. Every single one of them are horrible and rude and disgusting people. They do not greet you ...they do not care if you're left waiting.... they do not care if you want your order done correctly.... they do not care !!! There coffee at this location tastes like it's been run through the filter twice... its weak and bitter.. Their donuts are like rocks with glaze on them... disgusting and cheap and garbage.... like they've saved them over the past two weeks. So everything that I have just mentioned is all of the reasons that this location will not be here for much longer. Mark my words.. With the smiles and the freshness and the excellent new foods that the Tim Hortons next door offers, Dunkin Donuts will be a business of the past in Fredonia, New York. Sad.....I always loved...

Just stopped here to grab a quick coffee before driving several hours home and was greeted with the absolute worst customer service. I ordered a iced white toasted mocha with cream and sugar assuming I would receive the toasted white mocha latte advertised on the screen. Instead the worker was extremely confused and started to get a condescending tone asking “okay that’s just a flavor.. what do you want? Because you can’t just order the flavor”. Coming from West Virginia and having ordered this in multiple states I’ve never had an issue. She then proceeded to speak to me really slow and drawn out as if I wasn’t capable of understanding. Her condescending tone didn’t stop as she said “okay do you want that hoooot… or iccceeeddd” even though I already specified. She then told me to hang on and she came back on moments later and asked me to reorder. I did and she continued her condescending tone. At this point I just said “actually, I’m okay thank you have a good day” and drove away. If you’re looking to start your day on a good note DO NOT go here. Save your time...
