Terrible customer service! Ordered through Uber Eats app this evening. I called the restaurant first to ask if they could replace the chicken in the pad thai and another dish with tofu as it is lent and we have a vegan. They said to just put it in the special directions, which I did, very clearly. When the order arrived, the pad thai had chicken. I called and they said their chef had made the mistake but they couldnāt help me that I had to go through uber eats and get a refund. Okay, mistakes happen. I asked if I could order the correct dish through them since she said they do have delivery within 3 miles. We are 1.7 miles away (I looked it up). I didnāt l want to pay the fee and delivery for uber again since Iād paid it once already. She said no. I said Iād pay for the order since I would get a refund through uber I just wanted to put in an order by phone and was already told they would deliver within three miles. She wouldnāt take my order and said I was outside their delivery area, which I am not. I was really nice and patient on the phone and tried to explain what I wanted thinking maybe she didnāt understand. But she just tried to get me off the phone and kept saying to contact uber eats. So now after an hour and half, $85, and doing everything I should have done with patience and politeness, one person in the family still doesnāt have dinner, has to wait another 45 minutes for arrival (from another place of course), and we have to pay fees and a tip again. I ordered 2 lunch specials via Grubhub, 30 minutes later when my driver had already arrived at the restaurant, they called me to say that they're not offering the lunch special, so I need to cancel the order and replace it for the same items offered as "dinner"....are you kidding me? I understand restaurants not offering lunch specials at the moment, but as someone whose worked in restaurants and been in charge of Grubhub/Ubereats orders, I know it is not difficult at all to just remove those items from the apps menus! If anything, they shouldve called me as soon as I placed the order, so I would've had the option to cancel before they prepared the food. I don't know why they'd think that I would actually replace the order for double the amount when the driver was already there and food prepared, and more importantly the lunch special is still on their grubhub menu! I felt bad for the driver too who had his time wasted because of the restaurants mistake. All in all this was terrible customer service, and its made me seriously rethink ever eating at this...

I was greeted by a lady in the front and While on the phone I simply told her I was going to use the bathroom first and then sit down, and seating for one. She goes āuse bathroom next doorā and I said no I am going to eat here I just want to use the bathroom first and she again stood in front of me as to block me from moving forward? So I signaled to the lady behind her to tell her maybe she doesnāt understand English well, that I am going to eat here just using the bathroom first because I was so annoyed! Well she started speaking English very clear when i got out the bathroom when I went to sit down she goes ā you have attitude you can leave from hereā and proceeded to come close into my face!! It took everything in me not to jump back in hers!! Totally unprofessional and rude and I am SURE if I was white it would not have happened! Absolutely disgusting I will be leaving a review on every single site documenting this...
