What a fantastic store and staff! A shout-out to Mary, Tricia, and Dmitri who made me feel welcome from the get-go. I received samples galore and even a refreshing drink to whet my whistle upon entering! Such hospitality. The staff did not make me feel pressured to buy since I was there to peruse, which is not always the case when you find yourself with time just to wander and explore-- this was so appreciated. In a stroke of amazing luck, Luis from Charlotte Tilbury was there to give me the most easy and refreshing glow-up that made me still feel like me-- only more dewy and polished. This store is a gem. I went in on a whim to check out some niche fragrances, and was helped by Dimitri. He was WONDERFUL, I had such a great time learning about different houses and the notes of each scent. He spent a good amount of time with me and took the time to understand what I like, gave me recommendations and let me try everything even encouraging me to try something I didn't think I would like only for me to discover I loved it. It was the best perfume shopping experience I've ever had - and I buy ALOT of them! I ended up buying a beautiful new scent from a house I'd never heard of and left with a bunch of samples. I was in the store today and tried to make a purchase. I asked three times for assistance and was ignored by both sales clerks. After being ignored for some time, I simply left.

I called the store later because I was bothered by the experience. I also thought that was a better approach than simply posting a negative online review.. When I called, I was surprised at the rudeness of the response. I was told they must have been very busy when I was there (not the case), the music may have been too loud (seriously?), and that they would never ignore a customer (sorry, but that's exactly what happened).
