I normally have a good experience there, they're always busy so some wait time is expected. On Sunday morning I tried the mobile order app for the first time, thinking it would be easier. The app said 4-7 minutes and I was okay with that. I went in to pick up my order and it was not ready. Okay.....things happen. After waiting 5 more minutes, the person working the drinks asked if you have a mobile order say your name, I did. She said "okay" to another young lady and myself. Implying she knew our orders. The young lady received her drinks and I was still patiently waiting. After waiting 8 minutes from the time my order was placed and inside the actual store for 26 minutes for an iced coffee & an iced mocha coffee, I asked if she had my mobile order? She looked me dead in my face an said, " honestly, I don't ". š¤¬š¤¬ I was now late for work, waited more than 30 minutes for coffee, ice, and syrup that I did not receive, oh and IT'S ALREADY PAID FOR. Why act as though you have my order and you don't. A "yes man/woman" is not setting yourself up for success it will only lead to horrible reviews and loss of business. I will be deleting my app and trying to figure out how to get my $7.46 back....

I donāt mind paying the higher cost to get a coffee here instead of a Dunkin because I genuinely feel you pay for the customer service you receive. 90% of the time the customer service is great but when the employee has my order hanging out the windows I drive up and just says āhere you goā in a condescending/irritated voice for each item I ordered it definitely doesnāt start my day off how I expected. Or when I pull up to let them know Iām here to pick up my mobile order and they state āI see you ordered that 3 minutes ago so weāre working on it.ā Iām not sure what that clearly annoyed comment accomplishes when the app says ready in 3-6 minutes. Should I place it sooner or be able to predict how many cars will be in the drive thru? I understand if I was a rude customer and acted in a rush, then yes I would also point the my time out as well, but i am not...

She did not ask if daughter wanted cold/hot, or whipped cream. She wanted hot. We get our drinks-had to double check that they were ours. I taste mine: lukewarm and tasteless. So I walk over to counter to try & doctor it up. Daughter gets basically what she called frozen water with crushed cookies/whipped cream. She wants caffeine, but we doubted there was any at all in both our drinks. So we came home and added our ground bean Starbucks coffee to each drink, a little milk, and heated them. We don't think they,'re using any milk. She stopped ordering chai lattes from this place because that also tastes like heated water. Not happy with this place at all. Get your act together- stop cheaping out on ingredients and train...
