Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

I don't know much people who actually like Arby's, however i think its a really good fast food establishment. Everything that i tried from there ended up being much more "real" tasting then the majority of fast food. Don't get me wrong, fast food tastes great, but its almost TOO great to the point where it tastes artificial. Arby's food tastes real, in my opinion, over most of all fast food places. My only complaint would be that the menu seems a bit limited for "picky" eaters, however thats not a big issue for someone whos open to alot of different foods, like myself. I honestly would give Arby's a 5 if they had more options, even if that would be difficult for them to do. To close things off, Arby's is really good. It just doesn't get alot of attention due to their lack of burgers, which is what most people think of when they hear "fast food". It's underappreciated, and it honestly is a different experience eating Arby's rather than the top fast food places. If you dont like burgers, but want fast food, i reccomend Arbys.

Went in and made a 25 dollar purchase just for me. Got 2 chicken sandwiches. And a 9 peice boneless wings a large fry and a soda. I asked for everything fresh. The lady at the front over charged me for the 2 chickens cause she forgot the 2 for 7 deal. I got that handled right away and the difference was paid to me. But that's not the bad part. One of my chicken sandwiches was not fresh and had a huge chunk of grizzle so I asked if they could remake it and the manager at the time said sure and just to throw it away. The whole time I waited for the food I heard him talking about how he's leaving and doesn't care about this job. Then when I got my sandwich that was remade I heard him say to a coworker that he put so much mayo on it that it will probably be disgusting. Which it was. I have pictures. The girl laughed and gave me a weird look. I think she could tell I heard him. Hopefully upper management gets back to me about this cause it's definitely the worst arbys experience...

I ordered from their app to get a discount while at this location, over 45 minutes went by without a single employee asking if I needed anything or even acknowledged me. Finally I asked when my order would be ready and they said "what order" Turns out when I selected location nearest me in the app it decided to choose a location a half hour away. So I politely asked if they could just make it there. The worker said no and "you'll have to figure it out yourself" it's been over a week I still don't have my money back or my meal and I've called in 3 times and filed 2 complaints. I've never met such lazy employees at any other fast food service in my life. I highly recommend to go to any other Arby's or better yet, go...
