Venetian Delight — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I am giving one star just to write this review. This place is a ZERO. I went in today to pick up a large order that had been paid for. Right away, it was wrong. We asked for each container to be wrapped in plastic, and it was not. Now, this is Yonkers, which takes forever to get anywhere, so I left with only a partial order because I was told that was all. I was picking it up for my family and hadn't placed the order myself. I asked if it was everything because i had a full order list in a text, i was told yes thank you and goodbye. 10 minutes after leaving, I was informed that "I" forget the pizza in the order. It was never given to me. I traveled 10 minutes back to pick up COLD PIZZA, They didn't even make us new pies! Old cold, hard pizza! Now my other food is cold as well. Another 25 minutes, and I finally got this food home. It was flavorless, cold, just the worst. I know you know who this is. You owe my father a full refund for that horrible food. We have been customers for years, and this is how we were treated....

Wish i had tried their food but this review is strictly for take out. We ordered on the website directly for delivery, we just moved to town and heard great things so we needed to try it. We waited an hour before calling to see where i food was. The man who answered said “ 2 or 3 months ago we started having problems with our system and we never revive the orders. They take your money and we never get the order or money so we don’t have your order.” My fiance then asked how to get his money back and he said “there is nothing we can do about it…” Guess you have to go in person or pick up for the food

Update: called back because i hated the answer i got and this time a women answered who also knows this is an ongoing issue … i said maybe they should take the online ordering down because of the inconvenience to the customers and the women stated they have tried to take it down but it would cost them money and they can’t do it themselves. BEST PLAIN CHEESE in WESTCHESTER

Ok, for all the Monday pizza droolers, Venetian Delight in Hartsdale has THE BEST plain cheese. I was always tempted to get the Monday special 16” pie for $10, and one day, I not only knocked it off my bucket list, but began a Monday night tradition that has me actually looking forward to starting the week.

It’s just so fresh, perfect undercarriage, crispy but not cracker-like, and the sauce and cheese are very flavorful and excellently proportioned. I haven’t tried anything else here, but I go every Monday for the plain cheese pizza.

If I don’t finish the pie to myself, I freeze the leftovers. It’s awesome. They really use fresh ingredients, care, and cleanliness. Great NY pizza joint.
