I came here today to go shopping to celebrate a personal mile stone. It was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had I never felt like I had to escape and employee so badly to the point where other employees were trying to get me away from her. Let me explain, I went in and in the Dior make up sectionI was greeted by an employee who was telling me about the Sephora credit card and I told her I think about it but I’m shopping right now. So she stays with me the entire time I’m there commenting on every piece of make up that I pick up. Then I decide to move to the YSL section hoping she wouldn’t follow me so I can look at make up and make my own decisions. But she follows me over there to still talking to me about the credit card. explain its benefits and etc. and I told her OK I just wanna shop right now though so then I moved to the Charlotte Tilbury section where she continues to talk about it to me and then handed me off to the Charlotte Tillberry rep. The representative greeted me and left me alone to shop when the first employee saw that the Charlotte Tilbury rap left me alone to shop she came back and continue to talk about the credit card. When I told her again that I just wanna look at make up right now she walked away and told what I presume to be a manager that I’m going to sign up for a credit card, meanwhile I never said that. I went back to the do your make up section was able to pick up one item and lo and behold credit card girl is there again talking to me about the benefits of a credit card. I was able to finally walk away from her and go back to the Charlotte Tillberry representative to ask her to check me out and to keep me away from that lady who would not stop following me and hounding me because at this point I just want to leave I am unable to shop peacefully and look at new make up. The Charlotte Tilbury rep sneaks me to the fragrance section where a man rings me up both of these employees are now aware of me being followed and harassed by this credit card girl. And when the man in fragrance is finally able to ring me up after being informed about what’s happening the credit card girl comes back and starts bothering him and I about signing up for a credit card. This girl was so pushy and so forward she forced me to take out my phone and take a photo of her ID so I can write a review on her well here I am. Denisia had me hiding from her in the store, had two employees try to assist in getting her to leave me alone and as a result I was unable to finish my shopping trip and only left with the one item. I will not be returning to this location. It's clear that customers are only viewed as a commission opportunity by some of these employees. I will take my business to the lake success location instead. Since the employee was so demanding that I take a photo of her ID I have...
Read moreDrove 30 mins to get to this Sephora. Came in for a mini rare beauty blush. Couldn’t find it in the rare beauty section. Asked employee for help, she said check in the travel size. Upon checking for 15 mins, going over the section again & again. Couldn’t find it. I asked the same employee for help again and she kept saying “are you sure” “did you look closely” I after looking for the third time, I couldn’t find it, then I asked her to come with me and she rolled her eyes at me, she should’ve come with me in the beginning, she was not preoccupied. She couldn’t find it either, I asked her to check in the back and without checking the system for inventory she said no. I went to the rare beauty section again, I was like let me look through I might find it. Couldn’t find it. Asked another employee, she had even worst attitude and said if you don’t see it in the travel section we don’t have it. I really needed this blush for gift so I kept looking. I saw another customer opening the drawer under the rare beauty section where there is stock so after her leaving, I opened the drawer too, unaware that customers are not suppose to open the drawers. The employee did see her opening the drawers but didn’t say a word to her but as soon as I opened the drawer, one employee came rushing, she aggressively touched my arm and said “WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR” and like 5 employees surrounded me and looked me like I committed some crime. I felt so bad and guilty even tho I was not helped from the moment I walked into the store even after asking for help more than 4 times. I told her “I am looking for the rare beauty blush in shade happy mini” she said “they are not suppose to be where but in the travel section”. She walked me to travel section and she looked for 2 mins and she found out and when she handed it to me, she said “it was right there, next time look closely” like are you kidding me? I asked your co worker for help 3 times, she should know better the items are and she was not willing to help either. I will never go to this Sephora again. The employees need a lot of training on how to interact and help customers. They are not just there to stand and stare at customers. Worst experience ever, I have never felt so little. Wasted 30 mins for $14 blush and got treated badly. Although the cashier was polite. I wish I got those 2 female employees name so this doesn’t happen to other people in the future. Because they could see a bunch of 9-12 years old running around ruining the store and using every sample and doing what not but when an adult female walks in to actually buy something and not waste her time around, they have a problem helping her....
Read moreHad a highly unpleasant experience at this location today.I returned a lip item, that was no longer usable due to a product defect and no fault of my own, to this sephora location. I explained this to the sales associate- keep in mind,I had the item for a total of 8 DAYS, at this point in time. She proceeds to inspect the item (a click-up type lipgloss) and then implies me using the product up,as to the reason of why it “was not functioning”! Mind you, she had to furiously click for any product to emerge and another associate even told her they’d have to dissemble to fully tell if that were true*. This is completely unacceptable and not to mention impossible, given the time frame between purchase to return. Anyone with working critical thinking skills, would be able to draw that conclusion. The sales associate asked when I purchased it, pretending she couldn’t see this info on her end. Red flag, as her intentions seemed bent on making up her own reasons to return. Weird, since I’ve returned items before seamlessly. I was highly offended that she perhaps due to a lack of training or just plain incompetency, would feel that it’s okay to imply such and be directly accusatory. I had no issue with the product prior to the clicker not functioning and had all intentions to keep the item. Again, only owned it for 8 days, so how could I use the entire product up🤔🤔. Sephora never gave me issues PRIOR to returning any item, so why would I feel the need to mention a defect if there weren’t any, as she was so determined. Later discovered: 1. The reviews to this product ON SEPHORAS OWN SITE indicate there IS an ongoing issue with products clicker not working, making it unusable 2. This location specifically has problematic sales associates/brand leaders, 3. To my utter shock, the incompetent sales associate, while processing my refund, deducted 500 points out of my rouge account for returning ONE item, when within that conversation, I briefed her that since it’s a product defect, it should not cost me my points. Nonetheless, she did not deduct the appropriate points (21). I do believe this was done purposefully, since once more, never had my points deducted in such error,or such a rude associate. Sephora Roosevelt Field, DO BETTER. Will be forwarding my feedback...
