Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I just want to say that my family goes here all the time…. One night our order did not come the way it should have although we paid extra for certain things and when I called the store Manager Olivia was just absolutely amazing about it. She was so pleasant and made sure she took care of us with absolutely no hesitation! I was shocked because other places would accuse you of lying or just not care,…. but as I said we go to this store all the time. Things can happen and mistakes can happen anywhere, but Olivia’s response and amazing attitude was above and beyond and a reason this store is keeping our business… thank you so...

This is how they served me a sandwich. I ordered my sandwich online , asking for the turkey and cheese to be cooked . They didn’t do it. That’s ok. I went back in and asked (nicely) if they could do it. The girl who remade it - very rude. The picture shows what I was given. Absolutely unacceptable. I drove all the way back and asked for it to be remade and the guy (although nicer) still didn’t really cook the Turkey. I had to cook it myself at home. This is the 2nd time this location made me a terrible sandwich. The first time they put a pound of Mayo when I asked for very little . It was as if they did it on...

All employees were quite pleasant, however I did not catch the name of the fella who radiates heaps of positive energy (and a bit of applicable on the spot stand up comedy) which made my 1st visit to this Jersey Mikes a most enjoyable experience. I live not far from the Jersey Mikes near Hofstra, and have NEVER left that facility with anything to say about the customer service.

Keep up the great work, Fellaz.....No doubt, its definitely worth extra distance to come to the West...
