I stopped at this McDonald this morning 09/18/2023 at Stewart Ave Garden City. I have dealt with lots of rude experiences in my life but this was one of the worst. I walk in around 9:26am and head toward the register where a woman is standing not doing anything. I approach her and she immediately says I’ll be right back and leaves. Now a few minute’s go by and several employees see me standing there but never approach. UN Like all the Lazy People who use the drive through, I walk into a restaurant and like to sit like a human and relax and eat. That said this doesn’t mean my time is any less important I had to be somewhere in Mineola at 10 am. I had plenty of time to order, sit and eat and enjoy my breakfast. Instead the rest of my day will be anything but relaxed because of this experience. Around 9:30 I started to try to get anyone who works at the McDonald's attention but to no avail. Now I whistle, still No one comes. I call out, it now around 9:33 I have been standing there for over 7 MINUTES. Then a woman employee with a very condescending tone shouts you can use the computer board or YOU CAN JUST WAIT!!! (I know how to use the board and if I wanted to that’s my choice or If I would like real CUSTOMER SERVICE from a HUMAN because I like the biscuit to be toasted on my sandwich I should be treated properly) I think she was actually the manager. I work in area for 20 years now and use this McDonald's frequently till today. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN. MCDONALD's at 637 Stewart Ave, Garden...

First time trying this franchise. Ordered 1 sausage mcmuffin and plain double steak mcmuffin no cheese/condiments. Pulling out of the drive through noticed there were two sausage mcmuffins/charged for two. Pulled back around informed them, they took the extra one back (seriously hope that was not served to another customer...) and they refunded the difference. Afterwards we got back and went to try the steak mcmuffin, covered with butter. ruined my appetite did not have time to drive back, instead told coorperate and told they forwarded concern to franchise. Over a week later no response nothing to compensate for their problem, clearly was not important enough to Garden City franchise to do anything. With so many McDonald's it is simply not worth it going to one with service inferior to other ones where their mistakes are taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I'll stick to the one in East Meadow. Hopefully they make changes to provide better guest satisfaction...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I GAVE THEM 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BUT I WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. ONE YOU WAITING ONLINE TO ORDER FOOD THEY PAY YOU NO ATTENTION THEN THEY TAKE ONE ORDER AT A TIME TAKE YEARS TO MAKE IT BY THE TIME THEY DONE YOUR BREAK IS OVER MINDING YOU THIS IS ONLY 3 CUSTOMERS MY SELF AND 2 OTHER GUYS. THEN THIS MORNING I GO TO GET BREAKFAST BEFKRE WORK AS YOU CAN SEE THE TIME THEY SUPPOSE TO BEEN OPEN A HOUR AGO I GOT THERE 5:55am. PULL THE FRONT DOORS THEY ARE LOCKED GO TK THE DRIVE THRU NO ONE TAKES MY ORDER GO TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW A LADY WALKING BACK AND FORTH PRETND SHE DOESNT SEE ME. THEN I SEE HER UNLOCK THE DOOR AT 5:58AM I GO IN SIDE ONE LADY TRY TO GET ME HELP AND SOMEONE IN THE BACK SPEAKING SPANISH SAYING SOMETHING THEN SHE SAID WERE NOT OPEN.
