This is exactly why I don’t cheat on my nail tech. I went in today and had one of the worst experiences ever. I waited over an hour while 3–4 people who came after me were taken first. When the technician finally acknowledged me, she tossed the color palette onto the table and asked what color I wanted. I showed her a design on my phone, and instead of being professional, she laughed and started talking in her language. What she didn’t know is that I had my AirPod translator on — so yes, I knew exactly what was being said about me.

Every time I tried to speak with her, she brushed me off with ‘give me a second,’ then went to serve other customers who had just walked in. I asked for clear tips, which I know they have, and she told me they didn’t. At that point, it was obvious they were just playing games with me. I ended up walking out before they even started because my time and patience had already been wasted.

This salon is unprofessional, disrespectful, and shady. They don’t value their customers, and if you think they’re not talking about you, think again. Horrible experience — and that’s exactly why I don’t cheat on...

This place shouldn’t even receive 1 star!! Horrible service! The workers are encouraged by the two owners who are sisters to be unpleasant and rude! They do not prioritize all customers the same. The technician literally stopped working on her client’s acrylic refill without excusing herself to do a pedicure for another customer who just walked in the door. She was left with her hand on the table to simply wait. The owner told me I had to wait an hour after getting my nails done before I could get a pedicure. I will never go back to this place. This place is not consistent. This is the second time I have gotten a gel manicure from here and I hate it. It literally hasn’t even been a week yet and my gel is almost gone. I got my nails done Thursday and i woke up this morning to the gel lifting and chipped. This happened the first time I was here as well. Also, even after applying 3 coats of polish, my nails don’t look even and smooth. This establishment is disappointing to say the least and I would not recommend...
