I don't come here often. This is my second time coming and getting just a side of meat in this sized container you see in the picture. These two things you see in the pictures is what I purchased which came up to $16 dollars and change. I'm like wait a minute, why is it so much for just a small side of steak and tiny amount of cheese. The cashier then explains to me that it's $3.95 per scoop ( spoon ) w.e. of meat so she's showing me on the register how I had two scoops and got charged $7.20. $3.95 twice is $7.90 not 7.20. Then the cheese was $3.45 plus the tax $1.35 as she's showing me on the register. How did that still amount to $16 and change? Unless I was charged for 3 scoops of meat which I don't see how that would fit in such a small container the math is not mathing at all. Also if you charge per scoop of spoon of meat that should be communicated to the customer at that moment , not when you get to...
Read moreBeen going here for years now for a quick bite to eat. Food is always good and I am usually satisfied with my meal. What I am most disappointed in is the recent menu changes. I would often grab a cup of queso and chips for what was around $3.49. However, it is now $6 and the cup they use is almost half the size. I know inflation is ongoing but this was a shock to see both the price almost double and the item size halved. I know it’s a corporate decision and other prices have crept up and items have gotten smaller or disappeared altogether, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. I will still get food here, but the frequency will definitely be reduced and I recommend checking the menu carefully before ordering as more changes are...
Read moreI can’t believe this place is still open with all the competition that’s opened up Over the years. I went back today to see what I was missing, and I’m not missing a thing. Exremely cheap on the ingredients, I had to argue just to get more than a quarter scoop of chicken! Burrito tortilla was stiff by the time I ate it, Rice was dry as a bone, pinto beans were cold, the ‘free chips’ they offer are stored in big (probably unsanitary) containers next to the register. I remember a time when they cooked them to order. The utensils station is a train wreck, all the napkins in the container were wet and the salsa bar looked like it hasn’t been wiped down all week. I’ll never...
