Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I have spent $6 to $15 a day at Starbucks everyday and this place seriously ruined my experience and I will never buy starbucks again. I went there earlier today to hopefully make some work calls couldn’t hear anyone through my noise canceling headphones, then proceeded to go back to meet somebody for a work meeting. When I kindly asked the worker to lower the music. They laughed in my face and made it louder on purpose looking and laughing, and then while I was sitting with somebody for my meeting, he said “I can’t hear you Do you want to sit outside to do this meeting” and at that point I was fuming because having rap music blasting when your trying to relax or have a meeting is so frustrating and i went and asked again to lower the music and they finally did. They were extremely rude and it was obnoxious and super frustrating that It’s a café where you’re supposed to relax and sit and study and do work and they were fooling around like it was a frat house. I never write reviews, but this seriously disgusted me. Not to mention that there was a bunch of 10-year-olds who parked their bikes outside and scratched my car. Will be...

I have been going to this Starbucks for a few months now, often. I must say this particular Starbucks has the most consistent quality of drink. No matter who's working or who made it, the drinks taste amazing. I've had some drinks that were a little disappointing from other Starbucks but on other days it would taste great.

This place is consistent, the people working there are accommodating and understanding of they make a mistake, and one of the most I'm important factors besides quality of taste, is the speed of the service. They move those lines right along so quickly.

Everyone in the store has been trained by the Manager incorrectly. Adding 4 ounces of an alternative milk is not an upcharge. Customers are getting cheated out of 76 cents per drink.

Starbucks Spokesperson (March 2024) - "In U.S. Starbucks stores, at no additional cost, customers can add up to four ounces of nondairy milk to hot or iced brewed coffee or tea, cold brew and Americano beverages,"

A drink cannot cost me one price at every other Starbucks and 76 cents more at this Starbucks.
