Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

DON’T GO THERE. This is the worst ever location at Market place mall in Rochester NY I have visited today. If I wish give negative stars I could. The employees don’t have any ethnics to follow general cleanliness and how to speak to the customers to cover up their wrong doings! A lady took our order at the counter and gets to the phone talking forever. We waited for a long time. Other staff start giving other customers their orders while we waited patiently, thou we were before them. Then that lady who took our order who went to listen to the phone came after 5-6 min & starts working on the dough without washing her hands after the phone. When we said to wear gloves she said “ we don’t use gloves as we handle the hot oven. Then my wife said you should wash your hands after touching phone and before touching the dough. Then that employee respond by rolling her eyes that we bake goods at high temperature so we don’t need to wash our hands & the germs will be gone after heated oven temperature,Does this sounds RIGHT!?! I am thinking to send a letter to the corporate. They don’t give any importance their customers in serving and making food with dirty hands & still argue with the customers!!! What a...

My husband and I just received amazing service @ Auntie Anne’s. The gentleman, Jake, behind the counter baked us fresh pretzels upon request (and was KIND about it!). Both Jake & Kayla were very helpful to us and others, and I feel that Jake is an amazing employee & deserves a big fat raise! 🤩 Hubby points out that Kayla & Jake work great together, excellent teammates. Auntie ANNES henrietta! Jake came in early so my daughter could have Auntie Annes at her Birthday party. Thank you so much Jake! This is the 2nd time we used Auntie Annes for my daughters Birthday party! All the kids and adults loved it! We always get 3 buckets of nuggets, plain, pizza and mini hot dogs.
