Dunkin Donuts — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Intro: You can see that most positive reviews speak nothing about specialty drinks or orders that require some larger amount of employee handling (like cooking a breakfast sandwich or hashbrowns). Those that do, tend to be negative. How sweet the employees are is negligible when my order isn't coming out correct. The bagels and donuts are fresh? Oh good, they swapped their day old product out. The taste of their coffee? Good job corporate Dunkin? this specific location sure didn't play a role in coffee choice or quality, they just brewed it. Unless of course they burned it or serve old, but that's neither here nor there. Let's get down to it...

Review: Absolutely terrible quality control. I have made several complaints about their macchiattos being way too milky. The manager is always nice enough, and yet nothing ever changes. I learn ways to cope, like ordering extra ice, specifically asking for it to be less milky. That works occasionally and yet more often than not, it comes out with same amount of milk as it would if i said nothing. Do you not measure ice? If you put ice in and measure milk to a line, then the amount of ice is pertinent. 6 ice cubes missing = 6 extra tbs of milk. Maybe these drinks turn out wrong for a different reason all together and im off base, idk. I've spent 3 years trying to figure out the cause for inconsistency and this is the closest I've gotten to figuring it out.

Regardless, the employees dont know or seem to care what their drinks taste like. Constant turnover of managers and employees means nobody ever learns their job properly. Want an espresso drink and not over sweetened milk? Don't go here.

I work right across the street and go to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday! The staff is incredible! They even started memorizing our orders and know what to expect when I come through the line! I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts in Rochester and I would have to say this location is by far the best as far as staff and accuracy! Even when I order for the rest of my team (around 8 drinks at a time) they have NEVER messed up an order! They have even offered to help me carry the drinks to my car! I am very impressed and will continue to return to this...

Shouldnt even bother keeping this store open honestly. Whenever I go they’re always closed early or just closed for no reason when it says that they’re open online. My boyfriend placed an online order for pick up through the drive through and there was a 30 minute wait line and then they forgot all of our donuts so we had to drive all the way back and wait another 30 minutes. Wish they would hire workers who are capable of doing one of the easiest jobs - coming from someone who also works fast food...
