DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Town of Henrietta

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I needed a pair of pants quickly for an event, and post COVID I had put on a fair bit of weight. Having shopped here in the past, I was used to the store (when I was younger, I was 430lbs but had lost a lot since). In the ten or so years, the store has gotten much more modern and the selection is quite nice. The price point can be a bit high, but having clothes that FIT is amazing. For the shirts I was looking for XLT and that is the smaller end of the spectrum (I'm 6'1" and wider so I have a hard time finding shirts that fit me), so the selection wasn't as extensive but I was also told that we can order online for anything I may need that they didn't have in store and it is shipped right to my door.

The store manager, Vanessa, was really knowledgeable about everything. I was shopping around for a tapered cut since most bigger pants tend to be a bit baggy in the leg for my liking, and while there weren't many options in store she was able to point me right to them and I was able to find a pair I needed. I shopped around a bit more, and any question I asked she pointed me right where I needed to go, and even let me know if something would be boxy or baggy on me just by looking at me which was quite helpful!

Absolutely fantastic service! My boyfriend was in dire need of a new suit for my cousin’s wedding and he loathes shopping, especially when its clothing for himself. He literally doesn’t buy anything in-store because of his unique size (56L in a blazer) and dreads stuff like this. But the saleswoman that helped us was phenomenal!

She wasn’t pushy, had great sense of humor and knew what to look for and ask us, never tried to make us buy anything additional that we didn’t need, knew his style immediately, she was perfect! Highly recommend going here.

If you're a big guy and struggle to find clothes this is the place to go. They carry a wide variety of big and tall men's clothes including dress clothes. And while you may think that you'd have to settle with off brands, that's not the case at all. They carry a significant amount of well known brand name clothes. They even offer an in shop tailoring service. I do however have a few bones to pick. For one, some of their prices are too high, $40 for a graphic tee shirt. A second point to go with the first is that when you pay such a premium, the quality should match, but they don't. I've gotten better quality clothes for less. Finally there's location. It's not too difficult to get in and out of the lot, but it's easy to pass by. I think they may do better...
