Cheezly's — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Food was hot, and my order was correct. However, there is a profound issue that I feel must be addressed. This issue is also the reason I MUST take two stars off of this review. My order was simple, a macarito and fries. I received it with hardly any delay. I parked in an empty field, accompanied only by myself, the food, and the night sky. I opened my bag and grabbed what appeared to be (and indeed was) the macarito. I unwrapped it, and took my first bite into it.

The sound.

By god, the sound...

It can only be described as the most sickeningly strange sound that vibrates through your entire skull directly to your ear canal. The sound of thousands of pockets of air within the macaroni releasing cheese air and broadcasting straight to your brain. It was nearly unbearable, but bite by bite I dealt with this horrid unsettling noise throughout my meal. I paid $3.99 and I would finish this otherwise good burrito belting a wretched siren song as I ate it.

I finished that macarito three weeks ago. Three weeks I have not slept, nor seen my family, friends, or various amphibious pets. I am completely broken, and I struggle to function normally in daily life ever since this...

Stopped here after driving past a few times... its an ok place was rehabbed from old KFC/Arthur Treachers Nice concept.... poor execution. I love cheese... lets start there..... grilled cheese is a particular favorite.... but unfortunately, this place just missed the mark. First, the fried cheese curds.... not sure how they are done but cheese curds should be soft and gooey.... not hard. Also, and i know this from my own cooking knowledge the off flavors were from old oil. Very unpleasant taste. I had grilled cheese, friend had burger. Grilled cheese had zero flavor... not even sure how you do that, but burger was ok. .. menu is not cheap so needs to be executed perfectly. Not a lot about this place is inviting. Personal pet peave of mine... employees should be happy you have come to spend money... instead you get indifference and not a thank you or have nice day. Personally, I think most retail fast food has slipped in the courtesy and attention to detail departments. It appears they may be more interested in selling franchises instead of serving the customer in front of them. This could be a great place, but they really need to nail the execution and not...

I am so upset for the three times i came here that this is the first time in my life i ever wrote a review. The first time was excellent the lady was extremally helpful with what i should get for my two young kids. The second time i believe the owner was there and the experience was absolutely horrible The first time the lady gave me a plain jane mac and cheasse that is the name of it the second time i went i asked for the same thing difference was that i did not know the first time i asked for no breadcrumb on top the kids would not eat, that the lady just helped me and gave me a free seltzer water the second time i did not realize and it came with bread crumbs the person and everyone that worked there where so rude i was so pissed because when i came with the bread crumbs i told them i didn't know and the kids would not eat it they said it will be fine they wont taste it etc. after 10 min of back and forth i asked for another one and thinking they would do the right thing made me pay for it so i left the original one on the counter i was so mad they where just not nice and would not help me by making another one without the breadcrumbs all...
