Typical Wendy's. Food was fresh, inside was clean, plenty of parking available. The service has a lot to be desired, however. It wasn't very busy at all, yet even after acknowledging/seeing that I was waiting on line to order 1 more sandwich, since the app wouldn't let me buy 2 chicken sandwiches together, I was forced to wait. Hard to explain, but I asked the counter attendant lady 4 times if I can please place my order now. Other customers noticed and commented to me also. Food was prepared fresh, but NOT correctly. I asked for onions and pickles on my 2 chicken sandwiches on both the orders I placed (1 in-app and 1 in-person) and they forgot to put either on the sandwiches. Either they couldn't follow instructions or ran out of both pickles and onions, and failed to mention it to me. I asked for 1 honey mustard sauce for my nuggets and the sauce packet was open/broken when it was handed to me, so I asked for another. This place needs re-training. Look at what you're making or handing to customers.

Update 1 year later: I significantly increased my star rating for the overall, food, and service rating. They must have gotten more training because they are making the food correctly now. No major issues now, just some minor ones. Gotten...
Read moreI tried to use the Wendy's app and it was far from successful. I put money on my app and figured it would be easy peasy to just scan the bar code and pay and away I would go. Not the case! The kid taking the payments in the window had no idea about using the app for payment. He just looked at me dumb founded and said he had no idea how to accept payment from the app.. So instead of getting a manager or a coworker who knew how to accept payment from the app I was told I had to use another form of payment. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I handed over my debit card. I dont know if it was laziness on behalf of the worker, lack of training or a combination of both but the employees should know how to take payment...
Read moreI live a block away from this store. I walk there year round. Everyone who works there knows me and is wonderful. I make a point to eat their salads and chicken to watch the calories. My weakness is their frosties. I stock my freezer and my mother's with them year round, mom lives two blocks from me. I'd suggest that everyone try this Wendy's. It's different from others. The customers and employees are friendlier and greet everyone with a smile.
