McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

This is one of the most worthless McDonald's I've ever gone to. It's a local one so I've been multiple times, it's not just them screwing up once. Its habitual, it's over and over again. They'll make your food wrong, make you a new order and give that food away to someone else. I once waited 30 minutes for them to get my new food out after they screwed it up, fixed it and gave the fixed meal to someone else. The rest of my food was cold by then and my dining partner had long finished. I received 0 compensation for this, even after calling support. This McDonald's would also give you half full sundaes with no toppings and their staff are completely clueless. I couldn't even get a straight answer out of the drive through woman about what happy meal toy number they had in stock...I waited 10 minutes behind 2 cars just to get to the order box. It's almost certain they would have screwed it up anyways since when I drove off not wanting to further waste my time with these cretins, there was a woman standing at the drive through window outside of her car, almost certain that they screwed up her order and she had to return and didn't want to wait 50 minutes through the drive through.

This McDonald's completely sucks and the worst experiences far...

At 4:40 am- 5am 2 McDonald employees and I had a disagreement then a employee name Marcus can and descaled the situation by just giving me my food like the other employees should’ve but then when I pulled off I was pulled over with guns pointed at me by 7 police cars and 13 police officers because the McDonalds worker made false reports about me…they was inside laughing at me thats super sick and they need to be investigated I was discriminated against and neglected I was treated like a enemy and not a customer and when they didn’t like my response they made lies about me to the police when i could’ve died and been on the news then McDonalds would’ve had people marching on there lot protesting because they employees lied and got an unarmed young black man killed …. All because there pride and ego they would’ve had to face legal actions …. I was told multiple times by by the police to call cooperate on McDonalds and report the issue but I can’t get ahold of anyone next I will be taking...

When you wait for 30 min to just order your food but your understanding that its busy... you would think that after you wait pay just like everyone else they wouldn't RIP you off... I ordered a quarter pounder apparently I got a cheeseburger in a quarter pounder box. Everything is cold and stale. I mean are you kidding me! Lucky if I dont go to the media about scamming your customers. I wonder how many other people tonight got scammed by this McDonald's. The worst part is I called to let them know that the cook is doing this and they didn't care. I am not asking for a refund or a new one because unfortunately I dont want to wait another hour and half. They have 2 drive throughs I suggest you use one or get some more people in there. Other than this one night I never had a problem. Just shaking my head...
