Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

Very disappointed in the food and service today from Popeyes. I visit your store in Lockport NY at least 2 times a week and I have never had any problems with food or service. Today November 13th at 3:15PM the service was below average,food was terrible and I was shorted one side and the 3 extra biscuits I ordered. The worst part is I live 45 minutes from the store and drove all the way home to find nasty and missing food. So I figured I would call the store a state my concerns and called for over 4 hours and line was always busy so I was never able to talk to a manager in the store and address my problems to try a figure out some type of solution. Life is already hard enough and expensive to pay $58.73 for dinner for my wife,son and myself to be disappointed as we were. Never doing back to the store and this store has always been a great pleasure to go to. Definitely will not tell people I was please with the meal or service. Went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes before even talking to anyone and then after we ordered we got to the window and literally paid and then they told us our chicken would take 15 minutes to cook because they didn't have any... yes, you heard that correct.... the chicken place doesn't have chicken cooked and ready... mind you also there was no one else in the parking lot or drive thru and this is at 5:30 pm on a sunday..Sunday.... I still can't figure out why they had me pay for food just to tell me to wait 15 minutes... perhaps they should have given us an offer to wait or leave... I said after last time I came here I wasn't coming back because they literally gave me none of the food I ordered... I placed my order and got to the window, they took payment, and after about 5 minutes told us they didn't have it and started offering...

We were driving home from the Niagara Celtic Fest at 8:45 pm and stopped for some grub. The store was closed and only the drive-thru was open. We normally will skip this option due to issues we usually have at Popeyes when this is the only option. We were starving though and decided to take a chance. The young man took our order at the drive up, he spoke clearly, got the order right and asked us to drive up to pay. Our orders were completed AND correct within 3 minutes. Same young man (reddish hair and beard) took our money, thanked us for choosing Popeyes (NEVER had that happen), gave us our food and told us to travel safe.
