The best employee in this store is this boy with longish hair and glasses. He is very respectful and makes customers laugh, don’t let Melissa lie to you. I went with my cousin last time and he was super kind to him, and took the time to hear his order, he’s 6 so he’s great with kids. I am a loyal customer to this place and I want to go back here every time i’m in the avenue. Every time I go in he greets those who are respectful customers not entitled people, he takes his time making ur order and grabbing your items, not aggressive at all. I will be leaving Amazing review for not only him and the rest of the staff. To management, praise your employees and don’t reprimand them for customers that don’t know how to respect retail employees. Won’t go back.. I am or was a regular but not after today. I love their products but have encountered poor customer service previously and today was the last straw. I walked in with one girl working behind the customer taking care of a customer, one customer waiting and I would’ve been after. Two separate customers walk in after me. The girl working kept calling for help. About 7 minutes another girl walks out with an attitude asks who was next but does not wait for a reply and starts taking the order of the LAST customer to walk in. The customer in front of me mentions this to her and girl walks over and takes her order with an attitude. I agree with the previous reviewer. I went in with my two kids in there because Ralph’s was packed and they did not wanted to wait. As soon a I entered I saw the women that work there talking under their breath in Spanish which I think is very rude, when we asked what sizes I team they have, she just look at me with a smirky smile, too bad for them because I speak Spanish and I don’t look Spanish at all. Treat all your customers equally. The service was not good because they kept talking under their breath even when we were eating out bad taste ice cream. Please don’t go there.
