We've gotten coffee and many different treats (tarts, cakes, cookies, brigadeiro, cheesecake, pao de queijo, pound cake, bolo de rolo, etc. etc.) from Boleria pretty much since they opened and everything has always been delicious. When we got engaged, we immediately knew that we wanted to ask if Carolina could make our wedding cake. Carolina worked with us and was very responsive and receptive in taking the time to make sure we got the exact cake we wanted in terms of both flavor and decoration. We ended up getting a two-tier vanilla cake, with dulce de leche and passionfruit curd filling and buttercream frosting.
