To start, I’ve only ever ordered takeout from Zenzo Sushi. Tonight I got to enjoy their Omakese all to myself. The restaurant was busy but I was the only one seated at the sushi bar. The chef who seemed like one of the owners (Ken) was very nice and explained to me what was served. The server I had (Snow) was also incredibly friendly and very fast. I tried King Salmon for the very first time and I don’t think I can ever look back. That garnish seafood head pictured was actually edible and it was absolutely delicious just like all the pieces in the Omakese. I can’t wait to pay this spot another visit. Another great sushi location in Westchester County. I added their Tuna Tower and other photos of sushi which were amazing. I visit this place almost every week because of Ken and Snow. Truly a great experience every time.

I’ve eaten in the best sushi restaurants in Manhattan New York and I was not pleased with the food in this place. The fish was definitely not fresh. I got the chicken teriyaki. It was terrible. I don’t understand from reading other people’s reviews how they could say that this place has really good food on top of that my bill came out to $200 which sometimes to me Money is not an issue if the food is delicious but to eat cold, broccoli and very cheap food for $ 200 for four people I think it’s ridiculous I will never go back !!!

I don’t understand why people complain about service as if they want their feet rubbed while dining šŸ™„. I also have empathy when restaurants are busy since they are doing one million things. Plus, busy restaurant is a great sign of a place you want to be! I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. Food is delicious, very nice service, and the restaurant is clean! Today I went by for lunch and got the crazy salmon roll…ah so GOOD! I highly recommend this place for a great experience.

I gave them 1 star because I had to. We eat at Zenzo once a week. Last Friday, I asked for the Green Tea. The waitress served me (I think accidentally) dish water. I have no sense of smell so I drank 2/3 of the cup because it was served at "room temperature." I felt sick within seconds. I asked my husband to take a sip and he put in nose to the cup and said it smelled like soapy dishwater. We asked the waitress for more hot green tea. She quickly removed the cup and brought back another cup of tea. This time it was the real tea! We had ordered dinner and I could not eat it. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and no one was available. The cashier Debbie took my name and number and said the owner would call. They charged us full price for a dinner I could not eat because they served me dishwater. AND I NEVER HEARD BACK From the owner or Debbie. I called back 5 days later and they hung up on my because I was not placing a to go order. I called back the next at noon to ask for Debbie and she pretended she was shocked that no one called me back, I will never eat there again. PS. During the warm weather, they have fruit flies. I...

I live in Mamaroneck and have been going to Zenzos for years. They use imitation crab yet overprice their food. They recently removed the free miso soup that comes with the maki combo and charge $5 now. Their mochi desert is portioned so small as well, it’s disrespectful. I recommend hinoki in greenwhich ct. they may be a bit expensive but it’s the best quality food you’ll have. When you enter you go down a lower area than usual and it’s a fancy sushi spot with dimmed lights and a bar side as well. — not to mention. I had two occasions where I didn’t tip the delivery driver on the Uber eats app because he was significantly late both times. (zenzos use their own workers for delivery/uber eats) he complained about not being tipped, even though it’s less than a 5 minute drive from zenzos...
