I am beyond disgusted with Dunkin Donuts today. This morning was a complete disaster at this location. This is the closest DD to my job. I start work at 5am and usually go get my morning coffee (always at this location) on my 1st break at 630am. This morning I ordered using the on-the-go App (as I normally do) and AS USUAL they never get it right. They attempted to make the coffee 4 times and held me up for 10 minutes with the shinanigans and debating with me about why the order not being right was MY MISTAKE. I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Simple Right? Not for this bunch. When I got there the coffee was black. Pointing at my receipt, the manager proceeds to debate with me about the coffee being made the way I ordered it. Which clearly was Notthe case! She then proceeds to pour half the cup out to add cream. I refused that cup and asked her to make a fresh cup. She hands the cup to another worker (in frustration of me) and walks away. The worker then makes the coffee with more than half the cup full of cream and about 10 percent coffee. I also refused that cup and asked if they would make it again. (For the 3rd time might I add) This time the coffee was so sweet a honeybee would have refused it. In frustration, I asked for a refund. At this point my dissatisfaction with this location is enough to make me NEVER drink a cup of DD coffee again.
The workers here barely speak English. Most are slow and attitudinal and very argumentative. Who has the patience to deal with this at 630am? Especially before their morning coffee. Shame on you Dunkin.

Read moreCame in at 6am. No one was at the cash register. I thought it was closed. When the adult female came to the cash register and took my order, which I had to say twice and slow. She called another female adult and told her in spanish what to prepare. The cashier didn't even put sugar in my coffee or enough milk; I had asked for a light and sweet coffee. There were fresh bagels they just brought in, but they gave me one that was in a drawer near the toaster. I asked for it lightly toasted and with a lot of butter. Needless to say, it was semi hard, like a bagel that was done the night before. The adult female also did not use gloves when covering the coffee with the lid or when getting the donuts. Food and cash cannot be managed at the same time or without gloves. Also, how was the bread hard and semi stale if Donkin Donuts does everything fresh daily and the store had just opened at 5ish? Read moreCustomer service person was mopping as I came in. I greeted her, and she didn't return the greeting. I proceeded to the counter over a wet floor with no warning sign and she took my order. Without cleaning her hands or even sanitizing them, she grabbed a paper to gather my donuts. Then proceeded to make my coffee without pulling up her sleeves which were hanging past her hands as she made my coffee. I almost asked for a refund. When I asked for paper towels, she didn't even respond. I looked around and found them! Very unresponsive. Very unprofessional. Won't be returning to this one.
Why did I get settled only to bite into stale donuts?!! Angry at myself for not asking for a refund...
