Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Idk if the person was new or something but he was completely overwhelmed it seemed and messed up my order 3 times. The first time was the completely wrong order so he refunded me it back and put it my order again just for me to realize the order he refunded me for he decided he wasn’t gonna refund me for the drink he wouldn’t take back that was part of the wrong order to begin with. When he did finally refund me the drink, he gave my new order which was still the wrong order. When I told him this he got frustrated and insisted that’s what I told him. Which is wasn’t lol.. during this process he kept handing me drinks to have for some reason lol I ended up with 3 drinks and two of them aren’t what I ordered at all. He ended up swapping the food out the bag with part of my order I ordered ( still getting it wrong … ) all bc he didn’t want to do a refund again. I don’t think a busy peak time like after 10pm is the right shift for him and maybe he should be on a slower shift to keep up with orders and getting them right. The cashier name on all like 5 of my receipts says Ramona J .. idk if that’s him or not but yeah overall bad experience and the attitude I got because he got my order wrong and couldn’t comprehend it the first 3 times is...

People must probably go to this Taco Bell out of the three that are nearby because of the rating on Yelp and just returning to this one. Also, it is near the expressway so it is easily spotted and convenient for those on the go.

But be warn, since this is the more popular spot, you'll be waiting in a traffic line for a while. I was here for 15 - 20 minutes since entering the drive thru line. The telecom system was not properly working. I could not hear them through the speakers and the screen was shown as offline. So when I got to the window, they asked if I was "order..." but it was okay, I paid at the window.

I ordered crunchwrap supremes, some burrito loaders and the new nacho fries which taste like thicker versions of burger fries. Don't get me wrong, they were good! The wait time to receive the food was about 5-10 minutes.

Although the wait time can get long, we keep coming back to this Taco Bell because it is the best out of what we have out there. The tacos are very crunchy to our liking and we just like Taco Bell very much. Thanks...

It gets busy at this location a lot and unfortunately when that happens they very often make mistakes. I was just here tonight after work looking for a quick dinner I asked for a special order and since it was part of a bigger order I asked to put the special ones separate from the rest . They made it wrong and then put the wrong items ( that were now the same As the rest of the items since they were made wrong) in a separate bag . So I had to drive out twice because of it . But when I got there the manager (idk her name very small pretty blonde lady ) was extremely Friendly, apologized had my order remade the right way and gave me 2 vouchers for a free taco .
