Last week I bought two identical items that were on clearance. When I got home and opened them up , it was clear one had been returned. It was missing parts and had no instructions with it. When I went to the store to exchanged the damaged one for a new one the cashier/ manager tried to tell me that is was not missing a part that was how it was suppose to be! Really? When she opened up a new one she saw that I was right. She then informed me that she will exchange this one but she will not do it again. Again, really? The manager was so patient with my daughter, allowing her time to pick the perfect pair of earrings and made the entire experience so nice. They let you pick out hair clips to hold your hair back, provide you with a nice goodie bag at the end with cute bracelet, bottle of water and ear cleaning solution. The employee, a woman probably in her 60's very short hair that waited on me was rude with no eye contact and talked like a robot. I tried to converse but she just ignored me. Didn't ask if I found everything I needed. She seemed to hate her job, so quit already, don't take it out on paying customers.
