0 stars. It's Wednesday, March 12th, 2025. As of today, I will never go back to this McDonald's. They consistently forget to give me my receipt in the drive-thru. Normally, I wouldn't care, except that this McDonald's consistently screws up our simple order. Even my young kids are convinced this place never gets our order right. "Plain cheeseburgers. Nothing on them but beef and cheese." That's not hard. "McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce." Not hard. Consistently screwed up. Even got a charred black cheeseburger one time. Supposedly, I have a free meal waiting for me there from the time I called and complained. Not interested. It takes them forever to get your order to you, only for it to be wrong. Then, I've got to park, unpack the kids, explain at the counter, and wait another 15 minutes for them to complete another attempt. They got it wrong TWICE in a row tonight. At first, I thought it was the weekend crew. But it doesn't matter when we go. Multiple evenings WASTED over the months. I spend more time getting fast food here then if I were to cook at home. No exaggeration. I'll drive all the way to the Winton / Townline one, or even Jefferson one, from now on. Shut this one down for all I care. Addendum: a few months back, I tried switching my approach by actually dedicating the evening and going IN to eat. That went okay maybe two times before my young sons and I stumbled across somebody having a fit on the bathroom floor. At first I thought it was a diabetic seizure or the like. Read moreWhile waiting at the table to get my - dinning in - the server places the order in a bag - another employee reminded the server the meal goes on a tray - the server proceed to rudely throw the order on a tray and - loudly stated what does it matter- then another server proceeds to deliver the order to me and with an attitude that is not befitting for a server or employee of any establishment after offered a thank you - was indifferent and walked away - the same serve who delivered the food then took care of a dad and daughter - dropping the change and not offering an attempt or apology- for an organization who only service is food and a family environment- these two paints a picture of failure- the only bright spot was Tasha who was made it a point to ensure the meal went out and delivers correctly- the owner should consider getting rid of the entire staff - this occurred Friday 05/31/2024 between 830pm and 855pm on an empty restaurant- no wonder - hopefully next if there is one - change in attitude...
Read moreI had pretty much given up on McDonald's as too many workers at the drive-thru of a few different locations weren't wearing gloves or uniforms when they handed me my food. They were nice enough but I should be able to tell if you're an actual employee on duty or just some random person who somehow got behind the counter. And wearing gloves while handling food & drink was mandatory long before the era of Covid-19. But I wanted a cup of McDonald's coffee, which I love, so I gave them another chance. I was pleased that the employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, and had appropriate attire including gloves for the one who handed me the coffee.
