I am a long time customer that after years of frequenting this reasturant and recommending it to others at least a 100xs , now unfortunately has to change my review!! This is My 2nd bad review ever & I Hate it but this place has shown BAD BUSINESS!! Once "My Favorite Chinese Food place around", This Restaurant has become increasingly OVER PRICED, CHEAP & THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN! There have been a few instances that one thinks "Ok they were busy" or "Wow I didn't realize that went up in price so much", but My most recent experience sums it up......
Heading home, after picking up, I find out I was handed the wrong order...its something I cant eat. Called to inform them of what happened...The Woman was almost rude but def annoyed with me that I couldn't get back to the store faster..assume its so they could get this order back before the other customer came. I Traveled back to the store 20 mins to get the correct order. The Owner/Woman at the counter asked for my Card to give me a "Credit" for which I thanked her. I didnt ask for it bc I understand things happen but I was Super Pleased. Another 20 mins back home, sit down to COLD, SOGGY Sesame Chicken. They didn't care to remake it or at the very least keep my order warm. I Think "well she didn't charge you soooooo its ok" But look at my receipt to see that I wasn't credited AT ALL I was actually charged an additional $2.25...the difference between what I paid originally & my order. That is RIDICULOUS and Such BAD BUSINESS!! I m truly upset by this experience and I hope the $2.25 was worth losing a good...
Read moreWent here last night, you just can't win with queensbury Chinese! We got 2 large fried rice and one small, a small chicken lo mein and a large sweet and sour chicken. My step mom got the lo mein and thats all I really ate. The rice was okay, nothing overly thrilling, and the sweet and sour chicken was awful. Rock solid and full of grease. It was definitely made, left to sit, then redipped in the oil to heat it back up. Breaking it apart with your hands actually took a crazy amount of effort nevermind eating it! We spent 68.80 for those 5 items, I wish I could say it was worth it but it didn't even come close. They do give you a 2 liter of soda free if you spend what we did though sooo that and the lo mein is where one star came from. I think we've officially given up on Chinese for the area, if dragon Lee in warrensburg isn't open, we skip the Chinese food...
Read moreStopped going a few years ago due to issues with orders and horrible customer service. Last straw moment: Was a 1-2 x week regular and had order w/ missing entree. Called immediately. Was told to come back for it. Had $40 worth food ready to eat, wasn’t going back. Was told we would get ‘credit’ on next order. Husband gave major attitude when picking up the next week. Never mind I’m a regular but it was your mistake and you act as if you are doing me favor..?Went back tonight to try again as Chopsticks closed. Horrible, greasy egg roll, no garlic in garlic chicken, and btw they started speaking chinese as I picked up order; husband stopped to look so they remembered me…lol. I was a real champion of this place when they 1st opened. Downhill since then and they do not...
