Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

We enjoy the food but there are major issues with the service. We've gone a number of times and have noticed that the service and attention to orders varies widly. Within the last month we've had 2 occasions where our orders were missing enite meals. About 3 weeks ago we went into the store for take out everyone ordered their meals, we paid and when we got home we were missing a burrito that had been made and paid for but never placed in our bag. We had to return to the store to get the missing burrito, the manager at the time apologized profusely and promised it wouldn't happen again and gave us free chips and guacamole. Last night, I placed an order using the app. I figured since it printed out a receipt of the items to be made nothing would be missing. Boy was I wrong, this time they didn't make/forgot to include an order of tacos and the drinks and sides for the 2 kids meals. The manager again apologized and said they would make sure this doesn't happen again. Twice in a month of the same type of mistake is enough for me though and we will be going elsewhere. A Discovery Story I know it probably sounds silly, but from the time that Chipotle opened a shop in our area, I was so head over heels in "food love" with their iconic chicken that it was the only choice for me. No matter which "delivery system" I was in the mood for at any given time - burritos, tacos, bowls or salads; I just couldn't seem to take that leap & try a different meat to accompany it - until a couple of weeks ago. What happened, you ask? Well... I experienced what I can only describe as a moment of whimsy & I ordered my tacos with "carnitas" instead of the usual chicken. Well, needless to say, regardless of the base I choose it's been that luscious tender, juicy, not at all too spicy, shredded pork that Chipotle is pretty much famous for! It's possible that I might switch back & forth between the pork & my long-time favorite chicken & I might even have another moment of whimsy and go with a little bit of each, but I can guarantee that I won't be ordering the Barbacoa. I tried it back at the beginning & quickly found that it's just a tad too "caliente" for my wimpy taste buds. But as long as I've got the chicken & now the pork to choose between, I'm going to...

Drove up to this location and noticed signs posted on the front doors informing everything was digital order only! I’ve ordered many times from the mobile app and my order is NEVER made correctly, it’s not even that it can be passed up as an inconvenience. The entire restaurant decides that no one is allowed to dine in at their tables which mind you they have taken the chairs and put the dirty filthy legs on ALL the tables. If you don’t order in person they will f up your order and they leave items out such as chips, dressing, and they skimp on the portions-BECAUSE no one is there to watch them make the food. Exit 15 (Wilton) chipotle loves to randomly close all different hours of the day and say sorry too bad, now this location is playing games.
