I used to work here , when i am working in night shift our shift leader told me her name is Roxana she told me I have to charge for extra oat milk, extra whip cream, extra cookie pieces, if customer ask for it .one day when i working in night shift one customer came to order her order in drive thru she is a spanish taxi driver lady she ask for extra whip cream and extra cookie pieces for frozen coffee so i told her we charge for extra add that customer gets mad at me she grabbed her credit card from my hand very hardly. Next day my manager calls me i explain to her like this what's happened in store so she told me [ this is new store] . My point is i don't do nothing wrong there . So i moved to another dunkin i started to working there for couple of weeks then when I am day off there manager calls me and tells you fight with customer i say no who told you this so manager told me the owner of nanuet dunkin 300 route west 24 hours i don't know why he keep lying.    Read moreCoffee here is better than some of the Dunkinâ near it. Itâs in a good and convenient location. Before running errands on the weekends, we do the drive thru to get our coffee. Been here a few times the last few months hoping each time that service would be better next time, but today is the last straw. The people who work the drive thru orders always look so miserable and unhappy. One time this summer, we asked to have munchkins that are not in the cups that they pre-fill because those tend to be all melted and sticky. What we got? Munchkins that were in a bag that were taken from those cups. Melted and super sticky. Today, we had to repeat our orders at least three times. When we got to the window, it was still incomplete. We had to pull up and wait for them to finish the order. I had also ordered an avocado toast (first time). I donât know how that qualifies as toast when the bread is super cold.    Read moreTheyâre generally okay, but they CONSTANTLY make mistakes with orders, especially the younger (teenage) staff and the older Indian man with the glasses. This is why I stopped placing mobile orders, as theyâre inconsistent. For instance, I like my bagels very dark, almost black, but they rarely and I do mean RARELY make them how I like. Also, I order my iced tea with light ice and no sugar, but my tea usually comes with too much ice! I donât have time to go inside and fix the order because I need to get to work myself.
