Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Rib Mountain

I can't compare Dunkin with anyother coffe place around. The flavors are spot on. They keep me coming every next flavor season!! And i can actually afford this addiction given the prices and the product. If you havent been to Dunkin in Weston it is a must. I normally do not call out locations but this one I have to. Rib Mtn location is a hit and miss. Depends on the worker you get. The drinks there are not fresh like i seem to get at the Weston location. The staff isnt connected with the customer in Rib Mtn. Where in Weston you cant help but leaving there feeling like today is going to be a great day no matter what time you drive away! I recommend Dunkin to friends n will even make sure to include to buy them a drink just to try....n 99.9% of my friends are hooked to Dunkin. Even at home threw thier own...

I frequent dunkin, but I almost always try to go to the Weston location due to almost always having issues at this location.

Today I went here out of convenience, and was again disappointed. I got a large iced matcha latte for my Fiance. And when I put it in the cup holder, I tried to put the straw in....but there was so much ice that I couldnt get the straw anywhere past the straw hole. I just drove home assuming that maybe it was just a clump of ice and I would fix it after I was done driving. When I took it out of my car I noticed the cup was half empty. (Pictured)

He got maybe 4 sips of his drink that I paid $6 for... we both love Dunkin, and will continue to frequent 🤗 but even out of convenience I would rather drive to Weston location in the future. This is hardly the first issue we've had with...

I will NEVER and when I say never I mean it, will NEVER come to this Dunkin ever again. When I was ordering my food this lady that was taking my order looked at me with the greatest face of disgust the whole entire time, after asking her a simple question about my coffee she gave me the nastiest attitude I have ever recieved from an employee ever. While waiting for my sandwich I see her wipe the snot off her nose with her bare hands. And hearing the workers up front talk I assume is the manager or assistant manager named Ross who did this? And she’s the lady I see smoking her cigarette outside whenever I come to this Dunkin. Not to mention she didn’t wash her hands after wiping her nose. Along with this review I will be writing...
