Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Rye

Me and my friends were feeling festive and decided to go to Burger King to get their crowns. When we went to the store, we realized there was closer we could only go to the drive-through. But we saw many of the crowns throughout the store. When we got to the drive-through, we asked the worker for five crowns very nicely, and they proceeded to tell us that it was five dollars. We know from past experience they are free, so we are very confused and bewildered when they told us this. because of this, we questioned them and told them that we thought that they were free, and they proceeded to tell us that they were five dollars each. At this point, we’re kind of going back-and-forth in a civil manner about the crown. Then one of the workers told us to verbatim “shut up”. I was very appalled when I heard this, I truly felt that the employee who said this meant it, and a discriminatory way towards me and my acquaintances. if I could give zero stars I would....

Ordered the Whopper meal. While standing at the counter the woman putting the food orders together bent down picked garbage off the floor, threw it out and then continued touching the food without washing her hands. I'm glad my order wasn't ready. So we asked to speak to the manager and told him what we saw. He thanked us and told the person to go wash her hands. She then gave us a dirty look. I didn't expect anything else but I think this tells you something about restaurants, fast food or otherwise. Two weeks ago we ate in a very nice restaurant and I came down with violent food poisoning for a week. Terrible experience. Terrible staff! Manager has zero control to keep the staff professional. Saturday night ordered whoper. Had to bring it back to the counter twice because it was made wrong. Girl who took my order from the get-go was in lala land, then Everytime she was explaining it to the cook in Spanish it was a yelling competition. And it was still wrong. I was discusseded got my money back because my family was already done eating their food. Then a tall guy walks in around 9:50 yelling loud just for him to walk in the back to start his shift.
