It's disappointing to come here. It's almost 5:30pm and the place is empty. No families here. No older folks spending money either. Go inside to order, no one ever welcomes you. The staff always tells you that, you need to use the kiosks to order, because they can't take your order. The reason for this? Because the registers don't work. This has been for months now, close to a year. The place is often very empty. They tell older folks (that have no idea how to use kiosks or people that don't want to touch the kiosks because they look dirty), that they need to place their orders at the kiosks. If you use the Drive-Thru, you'll wait an eternity sometimes to find out your order is all wrong. Currently they remodeled this location. It wasn't to remove the kiosks or replace the two registers with working ones, but to add more kiosks so it's not as personable. McDonald's and Burger King? Packed, while offering both options, register and kiosks.
The location would be busier if they trained the staff here to be more welcoming and even want to take your order. I see this business running it's course here soon and eventually closing its doors down the road because there's no service offered. If you compare the service here to a Chick-fil-A, or at the very least the Stamford location they have, this Taco Bell...
Read moreI came in at about 3 pm to order a crunchwprap supreme combo. I stood at the counter waiting for the server to attend. Once she got there she asked if I wanted to order from the kiosk. I guess it was too much trouble for her to push a few buttons on the cash register. The second insult was the absence of the ground meat at the bottom of the crunchwrap. I took it back up to the counter to complain. I was told that they used the specified portion. I continued my complaint insisting that the photo of the crunchwrap showed significantly more meat. She would not resolve the issue and I asked for the manager. I waited but instead, the server came back with a replacement, which turned out marginally improved. The manager finally did come out after I returned to my table and also told me that they used the specified portion but decided to give me extra. I ended the exchange by pointing out that a customer has a reasonable expectation to receive what...

I was about to leave a review, and saw that I had previously left a review, saying just about what I was thinking today. EXCEPT, the food is even worse than I remembered from the last time. Disgusting! We had a Mexican Pizza, Chicken Quesadilla, and Taco Supreme. Over $17. The food had a burnt taste, and a lack of chicken, ground beef, etc. in the orders. For the less money I could have had take-out from a bunch of other places, with more food, and much better tasting. Taco Bell is now total garbage. DONE. No more. This place sucks.
Taco Bell tastes nothing like it used to. It was never more than a guilty pleasure, but I used to really enjoy it. It was tasty and satisfying. Now, meh. Mexican pizza, burrito supreme, garbage. Everything is run by companies who just try to find out what is the bare minimum they can give their customers and get away...
