I watched many rude behaviors to their own coworkers that can’t be a one off

a girl working and new? couldn’t fold a burrito and so the Spanish eyeliner wing staff member took the entire burrito and threw it out and made a new one. a guy didn’t want that much ingredients /sauce in general, so after asking in Spanish for a little of each item it got to the sauce. He said that’s too much as she held the queso in the spoon and then he was given it anyway. The coworker recognized it , and said he said just a little bit , but the worker didn’t offer to remake it for him or to take off less the general interactions of the staff towards each other is weird and it shows. The new? Employee seems visibly and audibly nervous about everything and unsure, it’s probably due to the apparently unsupportive and aggressive environment from the coworkers when getting sauces for customers, the Spanish lady banged hands, knocking over the new lady’s ladle of corn, and didn’t apologize to her at all. when making my bowl, I asked for a bit more of protein and she intervened with my order and said: are you getting double meat? Then no. As someone who used to work at subway and understands the concept of protein portions, you can always give a bit more just to appease the customer, especially if they’re a regular without it crossing into the double protein territory. I have been here 3x this week , due to my close work.

I’ll be passing for a while and letting others know. The guy cutting meat appeared to take control of the situation which was definitely needed. Never had any issue with the guy at mobile...

NEVER AGAIN!!

I would give this store 0 out of 5 if I could. My daughter ordered a bowl with chicken and the chicken was completely raw. I don't mean undercooked but completely raw not even seared on the outside. Because it was in a bowl, she didn't notice this at first and she ended up swallowing a piece of chicken. When she realised how raw the chicken was she made herself vomit to avoid food poisoning.

You can see from the attached pictures how bad the chicken was. Worse still it was impossible to contact a human at the store by phone and I had to go there to register my complaint. I also complained to corporate who were very matter of fact and kept asking for the register receipt. I had sent them the raw chicken pictures and told them that was all the receipts they needed. On a matter like this, I would expect a human being to reach out to me personal but all I got instead was a free bowl on a future visit. I know for a fact we will never visit this location and to be quite honest we're a bit put off the whole chain based on this experience.

Went into this Chipotle for a quick bite with my son. Service terrible as we waited five minutes at the counter for them to figure out who was going to assist. Nobody else on line. Finally someone came over, took our order and we moved along. The biggest negative besides the clueless staff was that this Chipotle was not clean. Once we got our food and went to get a table, they were all dirty. There may have been three other groups in the restaurant so plenty of empty tables. All had food particles, dirty napkins, etc. Filthy establishment. Napkin holders were empty and the garbage was over flowing. When I mentioned to the person behind the counter that there were no napkins and all the tables were dirty, she said okay and handed me napkins. In our 20 minutes there nobody ever refilled the napkins nor cleaned one table. Most disgusting mis run Chipotle I have ever gone to. I will never go back to this...
